I would like to express my gratitude to Johanna Botton at Kent Express. Jo is my go to person for all supplier questions and gives me the most competitive price. She puts me in touch with reps when needed and keeps me updated of any offers. That being said, what sets Jo aside from other suppliers is her willingness to help, her proactiveness and product knowledge. I would highly recommend her to all dental practices.

A). We have been able to receive what we order , normally in full, and usually on time too, except rare occasions.
B). There's a particular person like JO. Who we speak to, not many and its a good thing.
C). Your tone of communication is almost always respectfull.
D) Always have a courtesy call of reminding if s payment/bill is missed out.
