Dr Prince is lovely, so easy to talk to & understanding & was able to suggest an additional drug that might help me.
Also because the appointments are longer than allocated in the NHS there is no hurry & it is a very satisfactory experience.

The staff are extremely welcoming and my consultation was a delightful experience, no rush on time and constantly listening to assess the problems.
I wish I knew of Kent Family Medical before.

Making appointments are simple. The dietician Helen Hulme was patience and offered sound advises. She took her time and go into depth to explain things. Also follow up with me via email in her own time.

Visiting Kent Family Medical is how a doctor’s appointment should be - friendly, not rushed, nothing is too trivial or too much trouble. Dr Prince is genuinely empathetic and wants to understand and help. If it’s not something she’s fully versed in, she wants to learn more about it so she can help!

Receptionist was friendly and made us welcome,was a little chilly but she said she had trouble with the heaters which she sorted out.
Dr was friendly and funny which helped to make you feel relaxed in her company.

Booking was easy, confirmation emails helped, easy to find and loads of parking. The GP I saw was excellent of course but the whole experience made me feel so much better about my condition. Just being listened to and being treated with respect, instead of having to battle through numerous hurdles, feeling guilty for even trying, helps massively.

I needed an urgent appointment and they were able to arrange one at very short notice - basically the travel time required for me to be there. Receptionist was super helpful and doctor thorough. Highly recommended

When I arrived there was no one in the pristine waiting room, the Dr arrived 2minutes later. Did a blood test for me and I got the results in 2 days. Gave me a referral - it was all fantastic. If you can afford it. The NHS should be like this.
