The wall panels
The package was well packed but when I opened the boxes the edges of the wall panels was broken.
After Kents Direct got in touch via email with me and discussed about damage, they was ready to replace and delivered new wall panels. Thank you for your cooperation Kents Direct.

Disorganised collection
Product is fine, but the admin is a bit disorganised. Received an e-mail saying the goods were available and bring your invoice for collection, looked back and there was no invoice. When I arrived, although the staff were helpful, there didn't seem to be much organisation in the warehouse.
In response to the response - there really isn't anything attached.

Our Click and Collect email mentions bringing the invoice or other proof of purchase along on collection. If you look at your order confirmation email from us (which is proof of purchase) there will be an invoice attached to the email.

We seemed to have an issue with our sample request forms, where they simply wouldn't work. This has been since been fixed and samples are rolling out the door on a daily basis.
Goods packaged well received in time…
Goods packaged well received in time and in good order, as described. Never-the-less, I found waiting in all day for the independent courier a pain. I think that it could be feasible for Kents to arrange with the deliverer an am / pm delivery slot.

Currently our courier choice doesn't offer this service, and as we send such odd sized packages we are limited by who we can use. There are other options, but the price is sky high in comparison.
