The team at kes solutions couldn’t do enough for me from when I first applied for work everything was made easy and straightforward even before the interview they would do courtesy calls to see if they could do anything to help when I was taken on they checked in regular to make sure I was settling in ok and if I ever had a query all emails were answered very quickly and any issue resolved straight away I would highly recommend kes solutions to anyone seeking employment this has led to me being offered a permanent contract with my employer.

I was having a really hard time with the job I was in when I reached out to KES, it was not my style, not what I wanted and nothing I had in mind. I joined with KES on a Tuesday, had a phone interview with Vanessa on the next day (Wednesday) and then an interview with a company the day after (Thursday). On the day after (Friday) I received a call saying I was successful in the position. I couldn't believe the turnaround. I've been with them since July and for the last 3 months I have loved working there, day in, day out. Vanessa always rung and emailed where possible to make sure things were okay, when I had holidays I always got a response and sickness she rung to make sure I was okay and asked me more detailed questions to make sure everything was okay which I loved, because it meant she was getting to know me more as a person, rather than a number in a system. Yesterday I received the offer to join the company full time-permanently and after working for 4 years, I finally have a permanent job. No other company has offered me that previously, but more importantly, no other agency has helped me do it so quickly, so easily and so amazingly overall. I love this job and am still yet to learn so much more from it, I cannot wait for what I go through with for now and I can only thank Vanessa from KES for getting me through to this stage. If I were to suggest any agency, I would definitely suggest KES. No hassle, no harm, nothing bad. Only greatness. Thank you Vanessa
