Dreadful customer service. The CANCEL subscription button is greyed out and they ask you to wait for ten days before cancelling. Total con merchants. Just claimed off my Amex instead.

I like thier product, but communication and the website are not user fiendly. I was subscribed without knowing and can't get to rectify this. not good. I won't use this company again.

Poor customer service. One product was split open on delivery with contents spilled. I sent photos and had to jump through hurdles to provide more packet information with their customer service. Still not compensated with a replacement.

Great keto granola! Have ordered several times over past couple years and never had any issues. I haven’t tried the subscription service that others have mentioned in reviews but direct orders and delivery have always been fine for me :)

I've had the Keto Coconut and Almond variety for about 6 months. It's a fantastic product and would happily recommend the product.

However, the repeated & intermittent supply delays are irritating. There's no explanation of why there's a delay from either the manufacturer or Amazon (where I've set up a subscription). I started ordering a 1kg bag, then had to change to 3x smaller bags as the 1kg ceased to be available and now that's been delayed since end of September. However, it's still listed as available to buy, so I've no idea what's going on.

This is the second small brand Keto granola that I've had this experience with, but I've been unable to find out what the problem is or when it will be resolved.

I was looking for a breakfast muesli or granola that’s tasty, crunchy but low in sugar and found Keto Hana. I’m hooked! Loving the different flavours of granola and even the chocolate bar snacks. They are not cheap to buy but on subscription you get a discount and free delivery which makes it good value.

Recently diagnosed with diabetes, I was looking for low carb treats. Tried Keto Hana on a special offer. Wasn’t feeling hopeful - lots of Keto products are strange tasting and end up in the bin…
Keto Hana products are DELICIOUS! Just had their coconut and almond granola with yoghurt and a couple of berries. It was such a treat - better than any I’ve tasted, including luxury branded full sugar options.
Have also taken some of their bars to work. Again, tasty and satisfying without the strange after taste of many Keto products.I will definitely be ordering again.

I tried a bag and then went to the subscription service. I was expecting an order that just didn't turn up. I've chased three times and been charged for it. I've written and no response.

I just ordered pumpkin spice, raspberry and cocoa. This is amazing! Will have this for breakfast, a snack and dessert. This will save my sweet craving and also my need for something crunchy. It really is so yummy!! Thank you!! 🤗
