Key Fire Doors LTD Avis

Very efficient, professional and great communication

A professional team from start to finish. Email replies were prompt, team arrived on time, and job was done meticulously and without any mess.

Quick to respond to my enquiry, Key Fire Doors Ltd booked my job in for the following week. Very neat job done and photos of the work, along with the fire safety report sent to me. The door is 90 years old and not a standard design, so required skill and care to match the wood. I am very satisfied and would recommend.

Very efficient and communication was great throughout the whole process; would highly recommend!

The service responsive and prompt. I would request the Key Fire Doors LTD again if needed.

Excellent communication, very helpful and work carried out to a high standard. A great company to do business with.

Great job! Turned up, fixed the door, delivered a detailed report. Polite & efficient.

Key Fire Doors Ltd provided their quote and arranged to attend the property very promptly. They answered all my questions quickly. There was a slight issue in that the engineer forgot to replace something so they had to come back again. But to their credit they admitted the error promptly, came back to sort it out at a timeframe that suited and I am now very satisfied.

The engineer was very professional and polite, and he explained everything to me clearly.

The engineerer is really nice and professional.

Very Professional...swift and transparent Quotation and Reporting. Special mention to Mr. D.Stanley!

Great response to an urgent inquiry, all dealt with within a week.

They made quick response and quality services with reasonable price.

I found them very helpful in explaining the process and what would be required to the door fire compliant.
