Habe am 28.12.2022 einen Produkt-Key für Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2021 bestellt und mit Kreditkarte bezahlt. Die Summe ist am 30.12.2022 abgebucht worden, habe aber keinen Key per Email erhalten, also vorsicht.

I have purchased about 6 or 7 copies of Windows LTSC over the last few years. I had a couple of technical issues one time out of 6 and Keys Direct customer service got back to me within 24 hours and solved it. I am back on their site about to purchase 2 more copies of Windows 11 Pro and thought I would pop by and review.

Absolutely FAKE! The Kay i purchase from them DO NOT working. When i asked to refund me the money there is a silence. When i ask for phone number to call them there is again silence. My money just go in the bin.

I have received several Server and OS keys, as well as Visio all on time and if there is ever an issue I get a quick response. Great Service!

Very good service! Although the pw didn't work in the beginning, the office was successfully installed and worked as expected.

Seller kept good communication, they always responded and I had support all the way with everything for a smooth DYI case and for any inconvenience found throughout the process, they sent me a second key which worked, since the first one didn't and I was able to activate and install windows correctly! I've been purchasing Office and Windows licenses through Keys.Direct for several years now. The licenses are legal, the downloads are directly from Microsoft, and they activate it once installed. The single issue I've had, was resolved by their email tech support. If you follow the directions exactly, there will be no problems. The single installation where I could not do the upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Pro, was actually caused by the hardware vendor who had blocked the ability to upgrade (didn't even know they could do that). Highly recommended, follow the directions. You'll save a LOT.

Perfect! Instantly received the working key for Windows 10 Home. I should have done this years ago, I've had the "activate windows" watermark in the corner forever, but finally had to cave when I found that watermark interfered with nVidia G-sync. Everything is perfect now!

SCAM. Provided office 365 account that did not work. Was not interested in resolving or refunding. I have purchased keys from this vendor before and I will no longer be their customer.

First of all the instruction on the sent e-mail don't work. Mounting setup.exe and running it do nothing. So I used the instructions in the video supplied with the product found on your web site. OK what isn't mentioned anywhere is that all versions of Office like 32bit versions and Office 365 for instance need to be uninstalled. I had to uninstall Office 365 which came pre-installed but never activated and my 32 bit version Office 2007. I did a re-boot after each un-install. I now followed the instructions from the video. Mounted ProPlus2019Retail.ISO and right clicked on START.CMD and ran it as the Administrator. Microsoft Office 2019 Pro installed. After the install I did a re-boot and then Ejected the CD (not mentioned anywhere in the instructions). I then opened WORD and in WORD opened a blank document. I then pulled down the FILE menu and picked Account. In the Account window I clicked on "Change Product Key" and got the error that this key is for a different version of Microsoft Office 2019 Pro.Therefore the instruction described in the video don't work either.
Finally I got it working. After the ProPlus2019Retail.ISO file is mounted open the Office folder and in there are two executables,Setup32.exe and Setup64.exe. Pick the one that is best for your machine and double click on it. When the install finishes you are asked to activate it using an Activation Screen. Enter the Activation Product key supplied. Office 2019 Pro is now activated. Remember that before this install all other versions of MS-Office need to be uninstalled by way of Programs and Features from Control Panel.

Second time returning customer. Great service as the key are delivered almost instantly. Ran into an issue where the issues key were the wrong version and reached out to customer support. They were fast and quickly resolved the issue and sent me the right key. My windows activated no problem! Will return again for future window key services!

I reported a non-working key to tbe support email address. They reached out to me the next day and suggested me to try a few things.

None of them worked so I asked for a new key. I was provided a new one shortly after thst.

New key works perfectly.

My keys came by email quickly and authenticated instantly in windows. My 5th or 6th purchase if I include those I've made for work. This last purchase I got impatient and complained not realizing that while I was writing I had already received my keys. (sorry, it was a minute or so) Moments later a rep had sent a personal message to me re-sending the keys and included helpful instructions. I'm a happy customer.
