Service was excellent, gave a time scale of an hour, but was here in fifteen minutes, engineer was polite and friendly, job done in ten minutes at most, would recommend company, very happy.

Not even a minute of work, costed me £102. The locksmith was late even though it was a pre booked appointment.

Calm quick and efficient
I needed my two external door locks changing. The person on the phone was very professional in answering my questions and reassuring me about how the process works. A locksmith was booked and arrived within two hours of me phoning the company. The locksmith was calm reassuring and efficient and replaced my bolt locks within about twenty minutes or so. It was easy to pay the bill over the phone and I was left with a copy of the job worksheet, receipt and guarantee for workmanship and obviously the reassurance that my hone was safely secure again. A job well done!!

I had a faulty lock which the technician carefully dismantled and fixed. Explaining what he was doing.
