These guys are scammers. Promise the world and then steal your money. Slimy business practice. Says free returns within 30 days. Hidden impossibly hard to find fine print messaging voiding international orders. Shame on them. Cheating and misleading people out of their hard earned money. And the glasses aren’t even good quality. Cheap internet scammers.

The Kiaura brand name was etched on the part of the lens closest to the nose, where it's right in the line of vision. Every other company in history etches the brand name near the outermost part of the lens. It looks like a smudge when I have the sunglasses on. Kiaura offered no solution other than an apology. I returned the item. Stay away and order elsewhere.

Avoid — Poor Experience and No Delivery

I ordered two pairs of Kiaura sunglasses on 2nd March and still haven’t received them.

Since placing my order, I’ve contacted Bernadette at multiple times. I was eventually told that my order was out of stock. Last week, I provided alternative options as requested, but since then I’ve sent several follow-up emails asking for confirmation of shipping.

On the rare occasions I do receive a response, I’m told they are still waiting for confirmation from the warehouse. At this stage, I’m unsure whether I will receive my order at all.

This has been a very frustrating experience with poor communication and no clear resolution.

Avoid at all costs — I would not recommend buying from Kiaura.

Absolutely love my Kiaura sunglasses! I originally bought one in each size to try, and the exchange process for the one I didn’t want was super easy. The team were quick to respond and super helpful. I now own four pairs because they’re just that good. Stylish, comfortable, and great quality. Highly recommend!

I had an issue at checkout and the team Kiaura provided great customer service in helping to resolve it. They were prompt in their response and were accommodating throughout the situation. On top of that the sunglasses are great!

Sent back glasses for an exchange… almost a month goes by. After I was told that MY ORDER WAS PROCESSED SUCCESSFULLY… I waited. Went on vacation, came home, NOTHING. I send them an email, and they tell me the order WAS NOT PROCESSED. Funny. The confirmation email suggested otherwise.
So, now I will leave for another trip with no glasses.

What if I never emailed them inquiring about my order that has just disappeared into the ether?!?

They thank me for my patience and understanding? Neither of which I have for this nonsense. How about give me my money back? Offer me something? Nope they tell this won’t happen again… AGAIN?!? Lol. You try and support the “little guys” and you get screwed. Then after you get screwed, they thank you. Just buy Persol, Oakley, etc and AVOID this nightmare.

I love my Lautners! I have a black XL pair and an original whiskey color. The style is refined, lens quality is very nice and resists scratching effectively. I work in construction and frequently go in and out the build so am taking the shades on/off repeatedly each day, which means I frequently drop them or they'll fall out my sweatshirt pocket while I'm on a ladder leaning over etc. and they hold up great. Frame material and weight is solid yet flexible as needed, honestly Kiaura just nails the product. The CR39 lenses are excellent. I've also communicated with their team who were insanely fast at responding and delivering my order etc. Going to buy more as gifts!

Brilliant Sunglasses
Brilliant sunglasses at a great price point. They're very robust (I work outdoors) and look great and fit really well. I've got 2 pairs already and am very happy with them both. Customer service has been very prompt and certainly 5 star!!!

Kiaura sunnies are the coolest, classic, original look in the sunnies business. I always get compliments and continue to tell people how cool these look.

This was a new brand for me, but I love the sunglasses and order 2 BOGO. I contacted customer service about a question I had and they were so on top of it. Answered my questions right away and responded quickly. Highly recommend.

I placed an order with the wrong item. I emailed the sales team to see if they could fix it for me, and within minutes my order had been changed and updated. I have neverseen or worn the glasses, but am super excited to rock them in person upon their arrival!

When I received my first pair I wasn’t crazy about the size (XL) and asked to return them. Not only was the team kind in granting that but when I changed my mind to swap them out, it was no problem ! They sent me a replacement in a different size and I love them. The customer service I experienced is what leading quality looks like! Will continue to buy from this brand :)

The Kaufmann pair I received were perfect. They fit great, look great, and truly they are the most “commented on” or complimented sunglasses I’ve had. I also received excellent customer support when one pair didn’t sit/fit right. This company seems to operate how you genuinely hope a company will. Thank you Kiaura!

Just consistent on their product, responsive support team. I own five pairs of these now - I have photophobia so I wear sunglasses all the time and their whiskey flavor can be worn indoors in bright settings (I wish you had pink lenses!)
