Recently ordered a watch from James and couldn't have asked for better service. My order was placed over a bank holiday but I still got a personal email from James advising that it would not be sent until the Tuesday.
Watch was shipped using guaranteed delivery before 1pm.
When it arrived, it was very well wrapped with plenty of padding to avoid damage.
The watch itself was excellent and as described on the website.

I bought a Tudor GMT from Kibble watches and had it shipped to the USA. The watch is beautiful, it came exactly as described and they even sized it for me. James was available via email through the whole process. Very helpful but never pushy. The watch was shipped promptly and James even helped navigate an issue with DHL, they needed some paperwork from me but James had already done this paperwork and he sent it along.

Excellent purchase of AnOrdain watch from James. The watch was accurately described and sold at a good price. It was delivered securely the following day from my order.
