Kibo Pay is the best thing that happened for my business! Not only is the monthly fee the lowest, but their service and support has gone far beyond what I have ever experienced or expected from a merchant service company.

Kibo Pay is the only merchant that our business could find that fit our needs! Everyone that I have spoken with have been fantastic. This company even paid our early termination fee for our old merchant services. I have dealt with Shirley at Kibo Pay mostly, and she is FANTASTIC! She goes above and beyond to take care of her customers. Everything she has said to me has been exactly what happened. I would give more stars if I could!

The people at Kibo Pay are quick to answer any questions I had. They were also very helpful in starting the whole process to help our patients (and staff!) understand this change. The proper verbiage in explaining the changes, and how to effectively counter the objections the patients would have with the "procurement fee", were laid out nicely by the staff at Kibo Pay when we first started partnering with this company-this was a HUGE help! The interface to check the charges is also straightforward and easy to navigate. Kudos Kibo Pay!

Very smooth transition

Shirley was great and fast and efficient

We just updated to a newer software version, which is more digital and is very helpful. We can send text receipts right from the machine and the daily batch is email to us, which is a great time save and a very good organizer.

Easy and responsive

Ok course, Kibo has been the best experience in solving any issues we may have. We give you about a 5 star rating. It has been great working with Kibo. You personally answer and resolve questions we had, and we are so happy to have switched to Kibo service. The most important thing for us is that we can talk to a live representative, someone who is always ready to assist us.

The % charge is too high and patients are not happy. The team is helpful for service needs but again % is too high and inconvenient for patients to need to bring cash or check.
