Rotten disgusting mangoes
Ordered £40 of mangoes. There were 6 rotten mangoes and I was refused a refund when I complained. I was told by them that the shelf life on the mangoes was 4 days and most of mine went off by day 2. Eventually I was offered a replacement for only 5 mangoes but still wanted me to pay a £5 delivery charge to receive my replacement! Disgusting business owners!
Whilst I only complained about the rotten mangoes, all of the mangoes tasted horrible and none were sweet, honestly the mangoes at any local supermarket are better. Avoid this business at all cost. See photos of rotten mangoes for evidence!

Feeling cheated - order at your own risk
I placed an order for a bunch of items online and on checking, items delivered did not match what was ordered. The total value of items delivered was less than what I was paid. On questioning, I was told that that the prices were higher when ordered and a recent price drop is what made me think otherwise. I sent screenshot of the order to clarify that they had indeed shipped less than what was ordered, and no response to date.
Please do cross check if what is delivered matches the order - these small time stores cannot be trusted !

FEEL CHEATED- Substandard Alphonso Mangoes.
Purchased a dozen Alphonso mangoes . Received mangoes that were discoloured, with patches over skin.
I informed them about the issue when I got the mangoes, first they said , we will look into it, then they said they cant find my complaint, then they said they intimated their supplier , then said they await reply from supplier and then silence.
Better to buy from RED RICKSHAW IN THE UK.
DO NOT BUY FRUIT FROM THIS SELLER , UNLESS U CAN GO BACK AND CHUCK IT IN THEIR FACES.
THIS KICHRI STORE SUCKS BIG TIME.

very small mangoes
I bought online 20 mangoes from this shop: 12 Ratnagiri Alphonso Mango, 4 Fresh Kesar Mangoes and 4 Indian Badami Mangoes. Most of the mangoes were very small. I had never seen such tiny mangoes before. Packaging and delivery were good.
