The color of the laces were a perfect match to the shoes and the laces that came in them. Very reasonable and fast shipping.

100% as advertised and the service was excellent. Product arrived within 2 weeks (Australia) and I could not be happier. In fact I ordered a further 2 pairs.

Scammers w/Terrible Service
My order sat at a US Post Office location for 10 days. I made Kicks aware that it appeared to be lost. They told me I had to contact the post office. They would not. I call USPS and they confirmed it was lost and that Kicks should file a claim for full reimbursement. They refused. Now they will not reply to my emails. I have seen other reports of the same. What really is frustrating is that they offeren me 40% off for a "replacement" pair?!!!. Do not purchase from this store.

Paid £4.99 for delivery and it took 5 days to be dispatched. I have an e-commerce business and know that it doesn’t take that long or cost that much to ship. Royal Mail is £2.48 - wouldn’t mind paying £4.99 if it was next day

Silly me, should have read the reviews first. Colour is completely off. States its a royal blue when clearly they have sent navy, disappointing, won't be buying from here again

Pointless
What an awful experience, just for a couple of pairs of laces & shoe cleaning kit, all in £40 worth.
I bought on the 9th of May. Items never sent with no tracking ever given & I finally got refunded on the 4th June.
Pointless.

Disappointing customer service
Disappointing customer service from Steve.
Laces arrived damaged, asked for a photo which I sent then to be told the colour was different (different shade of blue) so they sent the wrong colour!
No reply to follow up emails.

Slow delivery - not as described
I was charged £5 shipping for a 20 gram package containing laces and shipping took one week. The laces were described as 'Nike Vaporfly Replacement Laces'. They are good quality but much wider that the Nike original laces and not really suitable for the shoe.
