Run far far away. One of my good friends ordered a "swatch" from this company and received... a $5 casio watch. Scammers.

I was scammed by Kicktoy for a $325.00 Omega Swatch Watch which was discontinued. I received a toy way for a little kid and they stopped communicating with me

Total shysters, karma will pay em back, never trust a low life robbing company person like this, my bank is now in process of getting my money back, thank God for genuine banks,

I was scammed; I ordered an Omega Swatch ($245 usd value)watch and, I received a watch band ( maybe $ 5 usd value) the order shows "delivered" The tracking # of the package I received matched the one on my original order.
I need a refund or the watch that I ordered.

Do not buy. Vetted their website as much as I could prior to purchasing a Moonswatch, including address lookup, read policies they had, checked Trustpilot (which was 4+ stars at that point), etc. Also contacted their customer service team and received quick responses so proceeded with my purchase. Received a package about a month after purchase that contained a cheap watch strap only, no watch. $220 watch strap…buyer beware and run away!

Total scam on Moonwatch order. They sent a watch band for some cheap watch rather than a full Moonwatch as adverstised. Website dead.

Well I guess we all got scammed!! I also ordered the swatch moon watch and received a cheap watch band in the mail.. total scam!!
Hopefully I can dispute this charge and receive my money back!!

This is a scam company that has now disappeared from the internet. I will get my money back for the order but prior to purchasing I looked at Trustpilot and Kicktoy had a 5 star rating. This just goes to show that Trustpilot is failing and ironically cannot be trusted!

PLACED AN ORDER. SHOWED IN PROCESS. NEVER HEARD FROM AGAIN. TRIED CONTACTING BUT NO REPLY. NOW SITE IS DOWN. WHAT A SCAM. I AM DISPUTING THE CHARGE. HOPE THE CC COMPANY CAN FIND THEM. THIS IS DEFINITELY FRAUD. I SAW THAT ANOTHER PERSON SAID THEY ARE REOPENING UNDER ALMOST THE SAME NAME AND DETAILS. IF YOU READ THIS, PLEASE SUPPLY THE NAME SO WE CAN ALL GO AFTER THEM. THANK YOU!

Ordered a watch, like two weeks ago, now site is closed, scum

This site is NOT LEGIT AT ALL. Beware people. I ordered a watch Omega-swatch mission to the pink and it never arrived. Website is now gone and they are making another website with almost the same name with same bogus information.

Would give them a negative review if I could this is a scam site ! I purchased a watch and they sent me a cheap watch band

TOTAL SCAM!!!!! Ordered a watch, was told it would be brand new in box. Received a strap!
Phone number on website does not work. They’ve gone silent.

I ordered a $300 watch from them. All I received was a cheap strap. Phone number is dead. Reached out to support, but havent heard anything yet. It's looking like a scam. Don't order from this site.

Don’t. Bought a watch on the 14th, and have not heard anything. No response to email ( which they say is lightning fast). Phone is dead. I do not for second believe the positive reviews are real. Integrity is lost on these clown heads.

Paid for a watch. No confirmation email received. Tried calling their number but the number is dead. No reply from their customer service email. They still have my funds. Right now I’m reaching out to the state police in DE to visit their location and see if it’s a legitimate business. If not, then I’m filing a police report, and a complaint with the state attorney’s general. If anyone is reading this, I would not buy anything from their website at the moment.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from their website, they do credit card fraud and mail order fraud. Be extremely careful. I have my 475$ held up with them, they lie they refunded and then blame stripe and the bank. I spoke to both. They said the merchant is the one holding the funds. They bunch of liars. Never buy anything from this website ever. STAY AWAY!! Unfortunately I have to dispute the transaction, what an unnecessary hassle, disappointment and breach of trust.
