Kidaroos Avis 

I bought a land Rover Defender for my son. It was delivered really quickly and only took an hour to put together. After a week it did stop working and Hannah from Kidaroos replaced it very quickly with no problems.

Bought a pink Range Rover Evoque for my 2 daughters (7 & 4) both absolutely loved it! It's a fantastic car, easy for both of them to drive and also a remote for parental control for those moments where it's more fun to look at Daddy than where they're actually going!! Company was great to deal with, I requested 2 different names for front & rear number plates and they kindly obliged! A special mention to Hannah who kept me informed of delivery dates and regular communications, and also helped when I mis-placed the charger by sending out a FOC replacement (Thank you)! Car was very easy to build myself, with very clear and easy to follow instructions. Very happy to recommend, even doing so to my Brother for when his child's old enough!

Amazing customer service when there was a small issue with the car I ordered. Response times to emails was almost immediate and Hannah and Ben have gone above and beyond in resolving the issue...and the car is such a good deal too. Wouldn't hesitate to order from Kidaroos again.

Really good customer service. The delivery was fast (Christmas time). Very easy to assemble. All the features of the car are brill! My daughter loves it!

We ordered two units from Kidaroos and when they arrived one was damaged slightly (manufacturing damage). I emailed a picture of the damage and they responded straightaway, apologising for the inconvenience and arranged a replacement. The replacement was with us within days. Many thanks to Hannah for her excellent customer service and support.

We ordered the chalk/white board for our daughters 2nd birthday. The chalk board was initially out of stock so Ben contacted us to talk through our options. Ben was very informative, helpful and efficient. The board ended up arriving in time for our daughters birthday and she absolutely loves it. We were so grateful for Ben’s excellent customer service and would definitely order from Kidaroo’s again.

We recently bought a Kids White Mercedes C Class Electric Ride-On Car for a 2 year old flower girl to use at our sons wedding. It was brilliant, delivered very quickly, perfect size and in immaculate condition. Not being very tech savvy we struggled to get the remote function working (which turned out to be really easy in the end, we were just useless!!) the customer service was fantastic and guided us through it so we had it all working perfectly for the big day...the only problem we had was prising her out of it to do anything else, she absolutely loved it!!!!

Amazing company so lovely and helpful they couldn't get the car I wanted in time but was amazing with keeping me up to date and resolved the issue and put a refund though but then when couldn't solve that in time they took it in there own hands to get the refund to me evan quicker i definitely recommend they are so lovely and amazing at what there doing perfect customer service x

My experience with Kidaroos has been straightforward the whole way. Ordering on the website was so easy, i picked the grey and white teepee tent and i was not disappointed. It arrived in a couple of days the quality is lovely i am so impressed with it and my little boy is going to be over the moon with it. I also received a follow up email from Kidaroos to make sure my delivery happened and that everything was OK, this isn't something that happens very often nowadays and was really appreciated. I would highly recommend Kidaroos and look forward to ordering some of their other amazing products I've seen on their website. Thank you.
