Zamowiłam produkt 2 sierpnia. Na stronie internetowej widniała informacja, że realizują zamówienia od 3 do 5 dni. 5 sierpnia zapytałam się czy wysłali do mnie zamówienie. Okazało sie, że nie. Zrezygnowałam z zamowienia. Dzisiaj mamy 17 sierpnia i dalej nie mam zwrotu pieniędzy. Pracownik odpowiada, że zwrot zależy od banków. Nie polecem to jest żart, że jeszcze trafiają się tacy sprzedawcy

Arrived weeks late boxes damaged . They offered part refund when I asked for returns label. Of course the refund never came and ignoring all emails

But I need to.. just to write this note... This products was my promise to my daughter.... Because seems she is jealous to her baby new brother... Because I've lost some of my time for her..... But this products never arrive on my door...for me.. this company is fake... They are scammers... They dont want to equilized or they didn't wanna be fair at all... Like others keep working just to earn clean money...this company is dirty.. scammers.. i hope they have no kids , so they can't feed them from dirty money... This company scams people who promised their kids a products that maybe give them smile on their faces.

Nagyon lassú szállítás, megtévesztő leírás. A termékek minősége nem pont olyan, mint ígérik.

I ordered from their website over a month ago and have not received the item. Wrote to them 3 times and they keep saying we are sorry it's in its way....still nothing has come
Please don't waste your money....this is a scam. They will never deliver anything to you.

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. I too have not received my order. Received one reply on email saying they are a small company so dispatch when they can. Even though they say 3-5 working days. When I highlighted this and that there’s been no communication to update on order delays which is entirely possible for a small
Company they went silent. I’ve requested a refund as it’s now been 3 weeks and nothing. I’ll have no option but I raise a chargeback with my bank .,

Spent £23 on a gift for my grandson's birthday, never received it, absolutely shocking, how are they even getting away with this ? Read several other reviews as well of people not receiving item's. Obviusly its a scam company.

Ho fatto l’ordine il 3 Luglio, ho mandato la mail dopo 10 gg dopo e mi stato risposto che aveva troppi ordini ed essendo una piccola azienda erano in ritardo, ad oggi ne sono passati 20 di giorni e ancora nessuna novità, ho richiesto il rimborso e non mi hanno mai risposto!!
Una grandissima delusione, era un regalo di compleanno!!
Se nn avrò notizie entro il mese passerò per vie legali!!

Ma, anche solo per principio di giustizia, adirò alle vie legali!

Awful. Sent wrong product. Then demanded I pay to return the product I didn’t order.
Communication is poor. Verging on fraudulent and no idea how they are still in business. AVOID.

Pagato il libro.
Mai ricevuto.
Stessa esperienza di molti altri.
Una risposta generica che scarica la colpa sul trasportatore GLS e poi nulla.
Ovviamente i soldi sono in tasca a loro.
Il mio consiglio: STATE ALLA LARGA!!!!

Tragedia!!!!! Po 1 czeka się bardzo długo na przesyłkę, po 2 dostałam jakieś dziwne zamienniki bez uprzedzenia mnie o tym (zmiana zestawu bez mojej zgody), po 3 produkty śmierdzą A SĄ PRZEZNACZONE DLA DZIECI!!!!! Po 4 zakupiłam prezent za prawie 50zł, a dostałam małą kolorowankę. Nie odpisują na maile, nie reagują, nie przyjmują zwrotów. OSZUŚCI!!!!!!!
