I hired a Burley Bee Double from Kids Bike Trailers in order to see it would be the right thing for our family - there were so many uncertainties like:
- Will the kids like a bike trailer?
- Will it be a practical alternative to the car?
- Am I fit enough to ride up the many hills in my area with a trailer in tow?
There were 2 administrative errors during my purchase, which are clearly attributable to my order being placed as the website was undergoing an interface and pricing change. The first was that I was not charged for delivery, and the second is that I was initially sent a single instead of a double. I wouldn't expect these to recur now that the website is fully changed over, and the customer service in dealing with these errors was impeccable.
The trailer arrived in excellent condition, with all accessories and clear instructions. Delivery was by DPD, and I was given a 1-hour time slot which is much better than waiting at home all day.
At the end of my hire I wanted to buy the trailer I had, but the price for purchase turned out to not be competitive with other vendors who specialise in sales rather than hire. This is understandable, was well-communicated, and my hire trailer was returned smoothly, again by DPD.
In summary - a valuable service provided with excellent customer service.

Sarah is a treasure on customer service - kept me in the loop when a part was in worldwide recall and even allowed me to order two knowing I would return the incorrect size. Spoke to her supplier specifically to assist me. Blown away by how much they cared.

Can't say enough about Kids Bike Trailers - they were fantastic to deal with from start to finish, great value and offered a brilliant product. We hired a trailer for a week away and the whole process was so easy. Will definitely be coming back!

We hired 2 inflatable stand-up paddle boards for a fortnight. These guys were the best value/cheapest we found on-line. Everything about our experience was excellent. The boards arrived a couple of days before we wanted them, but we didn't have to return them early. The boards themselves (Goosehill Sailors) were great - quick and easy to inflate, really rigid and easily able to take our 19-year old and 16-year old children on one board. All contacts with the company were smooth, easy and pleasant. All round, a great experience. We will use these guys again and highly recommend them to anyone else interested in iSUP hire (and the other things they deal with).

Fantastic company to deal with - efficient, reliable service. Bike trailer for my two year old granddaughter a great addition to holiday fun.

This is a great idea we rented a trailer as we weren’t sure how much we would use it and how long before our lo would be to big. It was worth it we used it loads but as we thought our lo would have been to big by next summer.

It's been a great find to be able to hire a bike trailer. I have a 5 month and a 3 year old and wanted to make the best our of the summer holidays by having some fun times out on the bike.

Customer service has been excellent and the bike trailer is a dream. It's been easy to use and set up. We've really enjoyed our family adventures with it. We would definitely use again
