Really responsive and great customer service. Provided advice on the correct axle I would need for the dog trailer on my bike. Collection was really easy. Helpful instructions included in the rental pack on how to set up the trailer. Plan to use them again for an upcoming family holiday with the dog.

Great festival buggy service with delivery and pick up. Easy communication too. The burley bike trailor was just what we needed for our 4 year old to have a place to rest and nap during the festival...meaning mum and dad could enjoy music into the evening.
