Kidultverse Avis

I commend the quick delivery of their products. Their website has plenty of Gunpla models to choose - from HG, RG, MG and PG although some are currently out of stock (I'm happy to give 5 star). Hopefully supplies will arrive soon. Most importantly, products' prices are not that bad.

Arrived fast and on time.
A Brilliant website will be using again for future purchases

fast, reliable, and trustworthy for all your gunpla needs.

Great Value, easy checkout - quick delivery

Very quick delivery, good prices and one of the biggest available ranges of Gunpla I've seen in the UK.

If I have one nitpick it's that the shipping box could've used a little more paper inside to protect the order. When it arrived the box was very beaten up but thankfully none of the contents were damaged.

I can't fault the service at all and would use again in future.

I’ve been a customer since before they even had a website. The owner always delivered on the kits I’ve ordered even if it needed to be a special order. I have never gotten anything but the best customer service, all the way to meeting in person to deliver the order.

Shipped last Sept 27th, received package today Oct 16th. So that took 3 weeks. Which is fine mind you. The thing is, tracking didn't work. So you have no idea were your package is.
Besides tracking, probably the time it took for the package to reach me.

Fast delivery, good Customer service respond as fast as possible. Shop manager is politeness, responsibility and helpful.

Very reliable, gave updates regularly

i havnt gotten my order yet but it seemed pritty good but i was confused when the prices went lower when i double checked thye figures i thought then it might be a scam but i went for it i hope its good

Very quick well packaged delivery! I like how snug and safe the past have was and that it comes with a little coaster too which is a nice promotional piece of advertising.

Really good service from this company. A system error led to me having the wrong item delivered, so after contacting them to explain what happened, communication with the customer service was excellent. I returned the item (had to pay postage, which was immediately refunded) and my correct item was despatched straight away, arriving the following day. They were very apologetic about the error, but fixed it satisfactorily. Reasonable prices, good stock selection and prompt delivery- well done!

Fantastic company will gladly buy from again.

Great price and very fast delivery.

Very happy with service

Fast delivery and fairly priced collectors action figures, will keep buying from kidultverse :)

The order was delivered quickly and safely (2-day shipping after the courier got the package), with decent padding to protect the goods. Items were as expected.
