Kidytower 

Placed an order 23 Nov 23 and haven't received the Montessori kidy tower. Having now read the reviews I'll contact my credit card company.

Ordered the Kiddy Tower 06/12/2023. Received confirmation email for payment with order number saying will be despatched soon. No goods received and no responce to the 3 emails I have sent chasing a delivery date

Scammed. Not recieved. No response. Not sure how the website is still allowed to function...

I have not received my order and now not getting to website either it takes you to pop up site. It is a scam. Avoid.

Not received item, no contact after several tries, will need to seek help to get money back. Most definitely a scam.

Same as everyone. Ordered on in April because I saw a great video and price on Facebook and since just one email with an order number. I wrote an email to them but no reply and there is no phone number. Possibly a scam. Don't buy!

Ordered this 12th April. I had an Email with receipt and order number. I’ve sent two emails chasing the order and no response and can’t find a contact phone number. I will contact the bank and citizens advice to find out what I can do to get money back. Hopefully there’ll be a way.

I wish I'd have read these reviews before as I have done the exact same thing. Ordered on the 13th April, no email confirmation and tracking the order on the website still says processing. I have emailed 4 times and no response. I would recommend not ordering.

Scam company. Bought a tower two weeks ago and nothing since. No one answers your emails and no other way to get in touch with them. Looks like I’ve lost my money, don’t lose yours.

It seems like this is a scam. I made a purchase on the 12th April and it keeps saying processing. I tried to contact them but no reply. The website also doesn't seem completely legitimate, especially under the legal section. I have contacted my bank and they said I am entitled to make a dispute for my money back.
However, after investigating it seems that kidytower have returned my money back in to my account. Very odd. Order with caution.

Have made a purchase of the kidy tower using their website on 12th April and all I have received is a confirmation email of the payment made and only ever has the status of "processing" which is very odd this late on. I have emailed twice and yet to receive a response so will give more time but I'm not holding out much hope 😩 seems like a scam and a bit worried I have put my card details in to make the payment. If they give me an update and send the item ASAP I would happily change my review, but at the moment I am not happy or trusting it at all.
