first time customer
I had paid for the items and it was meant to be free shipping only to get a text and phone call asking me to pay extra for the postage. The item arrive but the bag for the chess was not sealed properly and the connect four also was partly exposed. First time shopping here but sure I will be retuning.

Thank you for leaving us a review. We believe the issue regarding postage was due to using PayPal express checkout which failed to provide the option. We are very transparent about postage charges on each of our product pages before you commit to buy. However, we do apologise about the inconvenience of paying for postage post purchase.
Because of the nature and size of the product purchased we had to bubble wrap and then protect with 2 flat pieces of cardboard either side. We do also, try upcycle packaging where possible.
We do hope you enjoyed the purchased and would welcome you back!

Quicker than expected delivery
