My package was never delivered despite tracking showing it was. They said there’s a process to first file a missing mail report with USPS but then after that they refused to acknowledge the rest of the process. Fought my credit card chargeback and did not replace the missing items.

Any attempt to talk to cjcsormrr service resulted in them continually just sending me a screenshot of the delivery timeline and status as delivered and pretended they didn’t understand the situation

Horrible customer service with Karina the “manager “ she has no answers to where one of my returned items are and it’s been about a month and said she cannot give me a timeline . I’m also missing an item from a separate order . I am very disappointed. I’ve ordered over $1000 of clothing this year alone from this company and all I want is a solution to this , nothing free . She is very condescending and vague

Absolutely no customer service and they scammed me. Ordered through tik tok shop. Returned a shirt. They said they processed a $40 refund. Then there was an unexplained deduction of $24.85 so they actually only refunded $15.15 to my tik tok shop balance. They completely ignored several messages. Do not buy from this company. Untrustworthy.

Kill Crew, I was so excited to order from this site. I ordered this Cowprint hoodie and received a plain jane black and white hoodie of THIER choice far from what I ordered. For three days I’ve been jumping through their hoops through email and finally picked up the phone and called them and they pretty much told me that I’m stuck with the this black hoodie I have been sent or I have pay to send back the wrong hoodie to get my money ($80) refunded because when I went to file the exchange to get the correct hoodie they didn’t have any sizes. Kinda of “oh well, system error” type excuse given with all the packing slips and everything else showed I ordered this cow print hoodie and inside was a black-and-white plain jane hoodie off their site. PS anybody want this plain Jane kill crew hoodie I received from them when I purchase an $80 cow print one? Size LARGE. 0/10 do not recommend! 👎🏼 note I did order this hoodie a week before Black Friday and Sizes were in stock at the time I ordered and paid.
