I’ve purchased a course from Kimberley Grace and I have to say that the customer service I’ve experienced so far, has been lovely. They called to introduce the team and say hello, where they are if I need anything - after purchasing a course. They also do instagram lives encouraging people to comment, so you can ask questions on there if you have any reservations and they are always polite and informative.

Fantastic! I have just started my lash course and had nothing but positive experience so far! The course is affordable, easy to understand and comes with videos too. Before buying the course I messaged via Instagram quite a few times to make sure it was the right course for me and they were nothing but helpful and quite to respond!

I done the Dermaplan facial course online and it was so easy to follow and made me very comfortable with completing the course at home.
