Great customer service, highly recommend
I recently bought an unused buggy from kindora, but the handlebar adjustment was faulty. Barry offered to fix the problem and supply a temporary replacement buggy. Unfortunately the problem was not resolved by that refurbishment company, but Barry immediately found a different one, the buggy bar. Both the buggy bar and Barry were in constant contact with me and the buggy was fixed. Despite the inconvenience, they were both really helpful, apologetic and worked swiftly to fix it. Great after sales service. Would recommend kindora and will purchase from them again.

Very happy, great customer service and excellent product
Purchased the Uppababy Vista travel system. Product is brand new and absolutely fantastic, great service from Kindora, I dealt with Barry and it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. He was very helpful.

Love kindora
Love kindora - we got an uppababy Mesa car seat and vista buggy for less than just the buggy is usually, and the elvie double pump. We felt confident buying from kindora because the pieces are vetted before they get sent out to you so you know everything works. We’ve more than made back how much we spent in daily use.

Great products and fast shipping
I was browsing for a bunch of items for our 6 month old - and ordered several items from Kindora, including a storage box and an Artipoppe sling. The range of products they have is brilliant. I love the ethos of 'better than new' - particularly in the context of the sheer volume of stuff we've had to acquire for the baby, only to use a half dozen times before he grows out of it. The checkout process was easy, the delivery came 48 hours later. The products were in perfect condition, and I'll be back again before too long as a buyer and as a seller.
