I don’t feel kinetic law has been given a fair chance as I’ve just had my hear loss case settled recently and I understand the MOD has being delaying on most cases but this is not kinetic law’s fault. I can hand on heart say my experience has been very professional and they have always been punctual. I’d like to say Zain Iqbal was excellent at explaining where my case was during the whole process. I will certainly use this company again if I need to.

Kinetic Law Hearing claim MOD.

Stay clear of this company.

2 years down the line from 2023, and it feels like I’m only starting the claim in 2025.

Anyone else have negative feedback from using Kinetic Law to process your hearing claim?

Good afternoon,

We refer to the above matter and by way of an update.

We have now submitted your claim to the representatives of the Ministry of Defence. They have 21 days to acknowledge receipt of your claim and then a further 90 days to investigate and provide their position.

In the meantime, we are taking steps to finalise your medical evidence in support of your claim and we will contact you further to discuss this shortly.

Update may 2025:
November 2024 went for a hearing test.
In Feb of 2025 I had to resubmit my evidence and prove again who I was.
They claim the MOD have not responded from 2023.
I have stated that I am going to consult with the British Legion with regards if I should continue with Kinetic Law or cancel and restart with another Provider.
Kinetic Law have stated on the 30th May 2025 that if I plan to cancel they will do no further work on the claim as they will incur costs and that I will need to pay them for the last two years for the work they claim to have conducted.

They don't keep me informed or send me updates I have to call them.i was told the MOD has ninty days to respond I'm going into my second year still no reply.

Claim fully sent to MOD april 2024. i was told it would take a couple of months. STILL NOTHING BACK!!!

Currently on 18month or so for mod hearing loss claim. Solicitors sent off final offer to mod 14 weeks ago and still nothing. I was told in November time it would be all sorted by now. It seems kinetic law have taken on more than they can handle with all these mod claims. Because there’s not one good review for hearing loss claims. Says it all.

The lack of feedback is a shambles...they take a hugh percentage and give little in return.
Claiming for the MOD army deafness and all my mates have had pay outs except me...even lads who claimed after me..They dont follow up the claims at all.....currently sitting at 18 months now with no light at the tunnel...

Zahida support and communication was very fine.

Overall very disappointing - currently sitting at 19 months into my hearing loss military claim, started off well then slowed down dramatically. For a company who takes quite a high percentage of a claim the delivery is very poor. I was promised it was an easy care free experience but it’s been nothing but chasing from my behalf to speed up the process where I am today. I was promised multiple times my payout would happen in 12 months then it moved to 16 months now I am currently at 19 months with still no idea. The only response to date is it’s going to court (don’t know a date) very dissatisfied with the service kinetic law have provided as they have over promised and under delivered even tho they were advertised on the GOV website to get payouts in 12 months.

I get there is hurdles when dealing with the MOD but kinetic law need to be transparent when taking on new clients not over promising to get new customers through the door.

It was a very good treatment, and I am happy about it.

I can't fault munib bagdadi he took over my case and kept me in the loop with regards to my case on a regular basis. He advised me well in advance and I'm glad to say the matter was resolved quickly.

After a few hiccups and changes of staff I was assigned zahida as my case worker and wow what a difference she made she explained everything in detail and kept me up to date with all the processes for my claim and went above and beyond to make sure we got the highest amount for or personal injury claims she was fantastic and I can't reccommend her enough , I 100% reccomend her if your looking to deal with a personal injury claim she is an asset to kinetic law and was just so lovely to work with

Appauling service- will leave you hanging for without any communication

We experienced one of the most frustrating encounters with this firm.

Our case was taken on by Hanif, who assured us that our case was straightforward and boasted a successful track record with similar situations, leading us to decide to proceed with them. We submitted all the necessary information and documentation. After doing so, we were told to expect an email shortly about the surveyor who would be visiting the property —an email that never came.

For months, we felt completely ignored; despite reaching out to the solicitor multiple times, we received no response. Even when we contacted his receptionist, Natalie, she was unresponsive.

Finally, after six long months, the solicitor attended our call, only to reiterate the same information we had been given half a year ago. Once again, we were promised an email after the call, which AGAIN never arrived.

Fast forward two years, and our case is still at a standstill.

Natalie did reach out to us two years later, stating that she had reviewed our file and needed our signature to confirm we had read the payment terms and conditions. While she acknowledged that the contract had not been signed, she remained ignorant that our case had remained dormant since we first contacted them!

I shared my frustration over her apparent indifference to our stalled case and pointed out that we had never received any terms and conditions to review and sign. I asked her how she expected us to sign something we had not even seen nor read, especially since the company had previously stated that insurance would be taken out as part of the claim to cover costs if necessary. Once again, she chose to ignore our concerns and vanished without responding.

I am left questioning her role as a receptionist, as she seems to be doing a extremely poor job of representing the company by consistently ignoring client inquiries.

Overall a great disappontment, would NEVER recommend!
