I’ve never taken out a line of credit so calculating comparable rates was incredibly burdensome and not all other brokers were straightforward and honest. Luis was so transparent and honest about everything, and you could tell that above all else he cared most about me fully understanding the terms, even if it meant, I didn’t go with him. his honestly and transparency completely restored my faith in the lender and completely brought the deal back to life.
