What can I say great customer service and they made my daughters dress just as asked, I contacted them on WhatsApp, spoke with them about the little things I’d like to be customised such as the colour and the appliqué on the dress, it is absolutely stunning and excellent quality my daughter and it love it. the is shipping also very fast, was told 1/2 week to take it and 2/3 weeks to ship I ordered the dress on jan 25th and received feb 5th with standard shipping. The dress also came with a garment bag, petty coat and a every cute letter addressed to your child to make the experience more magical 10/10

The out fit was good but the way they charged my card was so messed up. I got charge double the price and it’s been 2 weeks and no refund. Amazon charged my card and when they got ready to ship it. It was another charge on my Apple Pay card causing it to be in the negative $61.14. I contacted the seller and Amazon and nothing has been done.

Tried contacting through messenger about a dress I would like to purchase and ask information but after 8 sent messages that was being read and ignored I’ve had to go elsewhere for a wedding dress which I really didn’t want to do as I fell in love with one of their designs, absolutely gutted and very poor customer service

Mom of three girls and Im on my 7th gown purchase with Kingdom Boutique. Every time I open the box Im just in awe! Im also extremely picky and a little hard to impress, but Kingdom Boutique has nailed my orders every time. Excellent customer service!! Ive had special requests on almost every gown Ive ordered and they make it happen no problem! I love the magical letters to my girls and every time Ive purchased a gown they have sent the best little freebies (Gown bag AND a slip!!) I will continue to be a returning customer! Thank you Kingdom Boutique!!!

Well the dress itself was done to perfection!! I ordered 2 custom dresses. Everything goes through what's app. They were obsolutely very nice and kind with everything I wanted to add and change. I received the dresses and the color was ugly. I wanted a white and the bottom was like a bluish or pinkish white. Now the sample dress came in pink so it's hard to imagine the dress with white. I expected that they will text me pictures while sewing the dress. When all of a sudden I get an email with confirmation. So please be aware when you do custom it's a huge risk. So think before you do it. There are no returns. And me silly one ordered 2 dresses. So more than $800 spended and now...

My daughters dress for my upcoming wedding is absolutely gorgeous!!! The dress is beautiful. Look just like the picture . And it came with a mask to match the design of the dress . I can’t wait to send pictures.

The dress was absolutely amazing! I loved everything about it, my husband said it was her best purchase EVER, it’s breathtaking! I am so glad I found out about Kingdom Boutique Even the mask is so creative, she was soo happy with everything and didn’t want to take it off. The message was also beautiful and made her have hope and feel more inspired by the world around her. I did not expect it to be like the picture at all but it was and even better I could say.
