We understand your frustration and take all feedback seriously. It’s important to note that when you reported an issue with the original coating, we returned promptly and carried out the remedial work at no additional cost. A responsible company stands by its workmanship, and we did exactly that.

Regarding the recent storm damage, extreme weather conditions fall outside the scope of any contractor’s control. Storm-force winds can dislodge even well-secured tiles, and responsibility for such damage cannot fairly be placed on the installer. However, we are glad you are arranging an independent inspection, and we are confident it will clarify the situation.

We always aim to deliver quality service and resolve any concerns properly, and we regret that you feel the experience has brought you “nothing but grief.” Should you wish to discuss the matter further with us directly, we remain open to constructive dialogue.

We take reviews and customer feedback very seriously, but we do not accept unsubstantiated and misleading allegations such as those made here.

At Kingdom Coatings, we pride ourselves on honesty, professionalism, and transparency. We categorically refute your claims that we attempted to “scam” you or that we showed you photographs of “someone else’s loft.” If you are genuinely a customer, we invite you to provide clear evidence to support these accusations, as our records and procedures demonstrate otherwise.

Every quotation we provide is based on a thorough survey, with photographs and findings explained on site. Customers are under no obligation to proceed with any quotation, and many seek second opinions—as is their right. A difference in professional opinion (if indeed it was a professional opinion that was sought?) is not evidence of misconduct.

We do not appreciate defamatory comments intended to damage our reputation without proof. If you have a legitimate concern, we welcome you to contact us directly so it can be addressed properly. Otherwise, we ask that you refrain from posting false and misleading statements.
