This is our second time renting their storage. The owner is kind and can speak English for expats customers and she reply fast and accomodate concerns. The new facility is very clean.

I have used this company for the past two years and I'm quite a happy customer and I would highly recommend this place not only is it affordable but it is also clean and accessible

The company does a great job, it's a great service they offer to the costumer. They react really fast on messages and manage everything very quickly. The storage box (we used the smallest size) is very big and offers you enough space to store your stuff for a while.Its also a very good place to store your luggage for sometime if you plan to travel with smaller luggage around vietnam. The offered prices are very good comparing to Europe where you can't afford the price for a storage box.The stuff is super friendly and helpful. There should be more similar storages around the world.

Life saver by all means. I am not that kind person who leaves reviews but KingKho deserve it. My family and I moved from HCMC to Hanoi. We arranged and booked our new appartement in Hanoi. We were about to signed the contract, the landlord of our new appartement in Hanoi request to decline. Our shippement was on the road from HCMC and we had no place to store it. I contacted KingKho, they were very active on FB messenger and it was around tet, they immediately arranged a space for my shipment and it was all in English. Process very straightforward and clear. After 1 week they arrnage another company to move my boxes from thier place to my new appartement. They have really fantastic customer service and competitive prices. Thank you KingKho for your help.

This was the best choice I made because I over packed in Vietnam. I felt very safe leaving my suitcase here and always was able to go in anytime I wanted. Also there is awesome security so that gave me peace of mind. Good value for price too!!

Ly has always taken great care of me, being very flexible with my various needs and also replying quickly and professionally to my many queries. The facility is wonderful -- meticulously clean, well organized, comfortable to visit -- and has a number of sizes of units you can choose from, including smaller ones than you can find at most storage places. The rates are great, and so is the product. Five starts!
