I purchased a couch in September and it came in January. I knew it would be a while because the website and the email are very clear on that. The couch ended up not being what I was looking for. Partially my fault because I didnt see it in person first but I live quiet far from a showroom. My reason for 4 stars is John Paul. Through the entire process from clicking "purchase" to eventually exchanging my couch he was there. Extremely communicative and very kind I got emails from him about delays before I got calls from the distribution office. When I emailed him about how I was not happy with couch he offered different solutions to improve the issues. And when those didnt work he helped me through the exchange process. His replies were timely,friendly, and professional. Best costumer service person ever!

Sim is a great sales person. We have never felt pressured or rushed to make a purchase. We wind up spending hours in the store due to the great vibes from her and her coworkers. There are so many options that can be applied to the furniture. Could we find similar styles cheaper, probably. You get what you pay for. The quality and craftsmanship is next level.

My experience with King Living—from the moment I stumbled into their store in Toronto to the final delivery—was exceptional. Amanda, the sales associate, was incredibly knowledgeable, and the other sales team, especially Yohan and Clarissa the Managers; ensured every detail of our order was seamless. They offered great communication and organization at every step. On delivery day, despite frigid weather, Yohan even helped unload and unpack. The whole team from sales to delivery was very accommodating, efficient, and went above and beyond. A truly well-coordinated, thoughtful experience inside and out!

Rolan was extremely helpful with the issue I had. She followed up often and gave me frequent updates in regards to my shipment. Her attention to detail in this process, really made it an easiest situation.

Within 48 hrs after I made my purchase at the King showroom, Rolan contacted me via email to give me information regarding the build time and when I could expect delivery of my pieces. It turned out that we had a vacation scheduled during the expected delivery window so Rolan kindly worked with us to ensure there wouldn't be any issues and the day after we returned home we got our beautiful new King sofa chair delivered - we're very happy and satisfied, thanks Rolan!

Arrogant Business with small print T&C.
Upon goods arrival, they refused to give me delivery schedule till I make payment. Which I did not like, as I told them I will make payment in advance of delivery, I just need to know when you will deliver.
Delivery team was equally non-counteous, they refused to help me move my old sofa. I was alone at home and you can imagine my difficulty and embarrassment on their attitude and refusal.

Had an issue with an armrest upon delivery, but John Paul handled everything promptly and a technician was sent to fix the issue.

Months after continuing to not process the refund promised, we finally had to ask our credit card company to dispute the charge. We won the dispute but only after a lot of time and effort. You better hope nothing goes wrong if you buy from them!
