The one star is one more than I would like to give them. I accidentally put my wife’s chime account on a redemption of $250. I didn’t know until she received an email from Chime letting her know they had sent it back to KingPrize. I contacted KingPrize and spoke to numerous agents and who all kept saying Chime hadn’t sent it back. After three weeks of being told once they got it back they would send it to my Chime account when they finally admitted having it I was told I broke their rules and they kept my money and closed my account so I have no access to prove the winnings I had in the first place. Be careful…. They have a chatroom I wish I had scrolled through before spending any money…. I wasn’t the only guy not being paid….

Just want to let you know, I haven't redeemed or used it much yet but I always read all of the reviews and comments from businesses and I wanted to tell you guys. Make sure you read both, people are very rude to put one star based on the bank making them wait. That's not this companies fault and you need to stop blaming them!!! And just so you know, if you keep putting bad reviews and not fixing them even after you see you're wrong to do that and you did get your money. Well just remember that, it goes both ways. Heck if I was a company I wouldn't put up with that! So fix these reviews and fix the attitudes about it. You should be grateful that you won money!!! But of course, you're not sounding like you are. I'll update when I redeem as well. I'm definitely gonna give them a good try and ignore these bad reviews I'm seeing

After being notified that you are one…

im going to change this long and damning review of your site, although after seeing how you guys abuse your trustpilot subscription to mass flag negative reviews to have them removed by falsely flagging them all is somehow being illegal... Which is hilarious and a phenomenal misunderstanding of how the US functions and how the 1st Amendment works on a "Public Platform", of which Trustpilot objectively is by definition without any doubt, meaning the 1st Amendment applies it's protections to said Public Platform in its entirety without exception despite it being a privately owned institution... Not to mention that just because someone says something negative about your website, doesnt make said statements somehow illegal just because you don't like it... This isnt the east where that kind of thinking is standard, thankfully.

All of that said... And despite the already extremely bad personal experience, and the even worse impression given by the constant and concerning flood of negative reviews, and even despite the VERY bad look you flagging every review that comes in is... (which btw, is shown very prominently on your page here, and makes you look very VERY bad and untrustworthy...) I'm going to remove the paragraphs of very bad things I laid out in detail about your company and my experience so far, and the mountains of very concerning items my extensive research dug up, and do this instead...

Im going to attempt my own redemption via credit card on your website after finishing all verification and KYC, and see how it goes myself. I will use a credit card in case the redemption fails, and any attempts at pulling some shady tactics to keep my money occur, in which case I will charge the payments back immediately, which looks very very bad on your future banking support in numerous ways and will cause many problems down the road. Hopefully we can avoid all that. I will remain anonomyous until this is all finished so i dont receive any special treatment, but after will reach out to you to discuss promoting you to my group if all goes well. If all goes well and no BS is pulled on me while doing so, I promise I will change this entire review to a glowing 5 star that is as detailed as this review, and more, but including mostly if not all positives, if I experience any positives. Not only that, but I will then post you to my large 11.5k discord group for sweeps casino players as a "mostly trustworthy" site, which will enormously boost your paying player base. This will be subject to change on a roughly monthly basis and the trust rating may go up or down based on my own future experiences, as well as my groups various experiences.

If enough of my players raise any concerns about redemption BS, not getting redemptions, you guys abusing terms and conditions to not pay people out, or any other of the unfortunately common shady tactics many sites (sites that dont last very long and are sued to oblivion quickly btw) love to abuse, then you will be moved to the banned list instead, ensuring none of those high rolling players in my group ever visit again. And once there, there is no getting out.

Take this all as you will, but I felt giving you a fully negative review without having tried to redeem myself yet, was unfair. So myself and my dozen or so mods will go through your full process a few times, and then alter this review and your status on our groups at that point.

If you decide to instead once again falsely flag this review... Then I will repost the VERY damning review I deleted in place of this one that is fully backed up by evidence and data for everything said making any false flagging of it by you as actually very illegal, and will report to the attorney general, FTC, and CPA, as well as let my 11.5k strong group that you might deserve negative reviews on here from all of them, assuming they had a valid experience on your site of course.

Before you deposit here, read this carefully. This is not an angry review. This is a documented account of exactly what happened to me, because it can happen to you.

I won $1,000 on KingPrize. They refused to pay me. Here is why — and why their reasoning should concern every player on this platform.

At some point, I accidentally typed the wrong email address into their login screen. KingPrize's system automatically created a second account on that mistyped email. I never played on it. No deposits. No gameplay. I didn't even know it existed. This is not unusual — their login flow creates accounts on unrecognized emails automatically. If you've ever mistyped your email on this platform, you may already have a second account and have no idea.

Here is where it gets important.

Before I ever placed the bets that generated my $1,000 in winnings, KingPrize put me through their KYC verification process. I submitted my government-issued ID. They reviewed it. They confirmed my identity. They approved my account and allowed me to continue playing.

If their system had flagged a duplicate account under my identity at any point — before or during that verification — their compliance team had both the opportunity and the obligation to address it then. They did not. They completed my verification, accepted my continued gameplay, and said nothing.

The duplicate account rule only came up when I attempted to withdraw my winnings.

At that point, KingPrize voided $1,000 in winnings, citing their Terms of Use Section 7.5, which prohibits multiple accounts. They issued a written statement declaring the second account "permanently closed and cannot be reinstated."

Days later, that same permanently closed account received an automated Welcome Back email from KingPrize prompting a password reset — after their management team had confirmed in writing that it was permanently closed.

I have every email. I have the Welcome Back screenshot. I have the full timeline documented.

I raised this contradiction directly with their compliance team in four separate emails. The KYC timing question — specifically, whether their system flagged the duplicate before or after they verified my identity — has never been answered. Not once.

KingPrize is a new platform. I want to be fair to that. But what I experienced is not a growing pain — it is a sequence of events where a player was verified, allowed to win, and denied payment on a technicality that the platform's own compliance process had every opportunity to catch and didn't.

If you are considering depositing here: verify your account status with their support team before you play. Ask them explicitly whether any other accounts exist under your identity. Get it in writing. Because if a duplicate account surfaces when you try to withdraw — regardless of how it got there — this review documents exactly what their enforcement looks like.

I am not asking anyone to avoid this platform. I am asking you to go in with your eyes open in a way I did not.

turned 20 dollars into 2k. Every slot you can think of. Bonuses played well, seemed hard to get into but the rtp was fair especially for these new social casinos that come out. Almost every live game you can think of. Sports betting is also there but odds dont seem very good and also limited promos. Withdraw does seem to be taking longer than usual. I will change this to 5 stars once it hits my account. I did not like how you could pay double the fees for same day processing but that doesn't count the 7-day average hold period. They should change the wording on that. Good verification also.

* update. Could not get my money. Gave up and lost the money. Just went all in on something, Sick and tired of these shady companies that will not process a redeem for months.

From a Software Engineer: A Sweepstakes Casino That Actually Feels Well Built

After trying 80+ sweepstakes casinos over the past few months, this has quickly become one of my favorites.

As a software engineer, the first thing I noticed was the clean, modern user interface. The site feels very polished, and the user experience flows logically without feeling cluttered. A lot of sweepstakes sites bombard you with popup deals that their own platforms can barely handle, which ends up making the experience frustrating. KingPrize seems to avoid that problem and keeps the interface smooth and responsive, including on mobile. Another thing I noticed is that page transitions and asset loading are very quick, which usually indicates good frontend optimization and efficient bundling.

From a technical perspective, the frontend also appears to use a modern JavaScript stack. Based on the DOM structure and bundled assets, it looks like a React-based single page application with utility-first styling similar to Tailwind CSS and a modern build system such as Vite, which helps explain the fast page transitions and responsive interface. This is the best out

This is the best out . This site has 3 different daily bonus , plus the chat bonuses from time to time. Yes you’re correct I did play through my winnings but my point I’m making is don’t waste your time here getting the run around when there’s other sites that pay out instantly the same day no matter the amount won. If it takes 7 days that is way too long and I was on day 3 still no movement. I’m self excluded from your site have a good one ☝️

This timeframe ensures that all withdrawals go through the appropriate review and verification steps so we can maintain a fair and secure environment for all players. That said, in most cases redemptions are completed within 1–3 business days, unless additional verification checks are required.

We also noticed that the original redemption request was canceled and the funds were returned to the balance and subsequently played. Once a withdrawal is canceled and the balance is used, the original request is no longer active in the system.
