Very good service. The whole experience was smoothly.

Good range of cars available and good prices. They seemed to lose a little interest as I asked for more info to help choose the right car so they perhaps need to realise that not all customers do this regularly; for some (like myself) this is a rare significant treat and it might take time to make a decision so a little patience may be required.

Ultimately we agreed on an Aston Martin DB9 Volante for a price we were happy with.

Unfortunately we were notified a day before delivery that the Aston was not available due to mechanical problems. This was a massive disappointment since we chose the Aston very specifically for the trip we had planned. However, Kingrent went to great lengths to provide an alternative vehicle (a newer Porsche 911 Carrera S Cabrio) at a very good price and I appreciate their considerable efforts to make the arrangements and have us underway with no delays to our schedule. The Porsche was a little dirty on delivery and had a few more scuffs and marks on the bodywork than I expected but overall was in good condition. It lacked the sense of occasion that made the Aston so appealing but otherwise served us very well. Delivery and collection arrangements were excellent, good people to deal with at each end of the trip. Security deposit was released promptly.

Overall, a flaw or two in the process but a trustworthy company to deal with - important when you're making an expensive booking from the other side of the world. I would certainly use them again - thanks to the Kingrent team.

Good car, delivery was on time at munich airport, great car and support

Katrina Kanto and Vanessa were fantastic from booking through to returning the car. A best mate and I hired a Lamborghini Hurucan Spyder for 4 days and it was spectacular. The drop off and collection experience was 1st class and unbelievably professional. I would recommend King Rent, and so happy to have ticked off the Stelvio Pass in a Lamborghini off our bucket list. Now, King Rent will be the first choice for the next tick!

The worst renal experience I have ever had, counting both luxury and regular rentals together. My attempt was to rent a Mercedes-Benz for my European trip this Summer.
As the company likes to respond with precise timeline here, I'm doing it myself:
* Feb 15: I get a response to my initial inquiry from Ms. Katrina Kanto. The selection doesn't completely match the inquiry, yet it is good enough for me to go further. I respond with preferred classes and an inadequate mileage limit (150 km/day). For anyone who have ever visited German autobahn, it is obvious that 150km is around 40 minutes of driving per day. I doubt anyone will pay 200 bucks for 40 minutes of E-class driving.
* Feb 16: There are some E-Mail issues stated by Ms. Kanto in a response. I make a phone call to clarify things. I express my dissatisfaction with mileage as well as I ask her to provide me with more details about these cars (year of manufacturing is stated explicitly). Ms. Kanto confirms the details will be provided.
* March 1 (!): Still no response. I send a follow-up with travel dates explicitly stated.
* March 1: Ms. Kanto confirms I can get 3000 km if I book right now. No car details, no year of manufacturing. So, they have been waiting 13 days to solve this, and after that I must accepted everything with hurry and no details. Pity. I confirm the price and an updated mileage limit are satisfactory if cars will match the price. No one wants to rent a 2012 E-class for 200 euro a day.
* March 1: Ms. Kanto apologises for her "manner" and still ignores my car details request. She also calls it "rental in summer", yet my travel dates provided earlier were in spring. I remind her about promises she made during our phone call. I also ask to explain me their booking process.

It was the last E-Mail in our conversation with King Rent. Later I should rent a new 2017 S-class for the price of KingRent's C-class from one of major European rental companies. Their representative was attentive and precise, you know, unlike... Too bad King Rent didn't match their public profile: I had good plans for their GranTourismo for my Italy trip.

Booked an Aston Martin for my husband's 30th. The team were very helpful in discussing my car options as the original car I wanted was not available. I asked lots of questions and they replied speedily.. A brilliant experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate to book again.

The car was delivered on time and perfectly clean. We were shown how to use it etc. Pickup was also perfectly on time. Thank you so much for making my husband's birthday so memorable.
