I can see a lady name barbara whent throught the same issue that im facing i made 360£ profit and their waited till i f**king loose my money till their reply what a shame so now ive got what i deposit is when their want to reply to my emails go luck to who might say thier win im not one of those person..

I was a little apprehensive about depositing having read the reviews but i have to admit i had a hassle free experience. Deposited 20.00 won 140 and was in my account the next day. I have won again and just waiting for that to go into my account so i am hoping it does🤞🤞i have received an email to say it has been accepted which i didn’t get for the first win so that is the only concern. Casino is unregulated. Its ran buy a bunch of scammers, not a proper company. Don't fall for it. They send unsolicited sms and spam emails. They offer bonuses with unrealistic terms. They will not pay out higher amounts and delay low amounts to make you spend the money. They will take all your id and personal info to sell for identity fraud. I have reported them i hope they are shut down. Stick to regulated casinos or you will lose your money.

In total has been sent to the wrong account an administration error internally , complained and no response no timescales for response so reporting to CEG and Casinoguru the support staff on chat can’t assist at all and just fob you off still waiting a response now despite my case being escalated 3 times to management and being on the highest priority nothing is resolved .

Also I paid via card so my withdrawl should be paid via faster payment however this bank local transfer is nothing but a scam tactic not to pay.

I have since been asked to contact my bank and have sent the screen shot in and again have been ignored.
