Ross conducted a preview of the house and informed me exactly of costs, timings and other questions I posed to him.
The house was cleared completely, as to my requirements in a very professional and considerate way.

We could not have had a more supportive company to handle my elderly mother’s move to a nursing home. Everything was cleared and a video sent to show the work on completion as we don’t live locally. I was clearing my parents house and my childhood home to get ready for sale so it was quite difficult and emotional for me. Plus having 60 years worth of clutter from a house, crammed shed / workshop and garage was a stressful challenge.
Ross and the team totally understood that and made the whole process easy and efficient. They are truly lovely guys and if I could give them 10 stars I would!
They even took great care to make sure I was OK and that my dog was safe too.
To top it off they found and 'rescued' a hideous little wooden boat I had made in woodwork class at school that I hadn't realised my dad had kept and presented it to me at the end, which had me in floods of tears.

I would recommend Kings House Clearance. This company is professional and provides an excellent competitively priced service. The staff are polite and extremely helpful listening to your requirements and concerns and giving honest feedback on what is included in the price. I also felt reassured that items that could be recycled, would be.

I had quite an extensive list of items for recycling and disposal for the guys to collect.
They arrived on time and reviewed the situation but I had forgot to add some items to my 'booking' (my fault !). Immediately they reviwed the situation and were able to resolve the issue with no fuss at all - superb !!!
The guys were very friendly, polite, considerate, informatiove, clean.

We were looking for someone to clear some furniture from my Fathers flat after he passed away recently. We chose Kings and were not disappointed. Ross responded to my emails promptly and politely. On the day, he arrived on time with his 2 colleagues. They were all friendly and respectful of the situation and got on with the job. 1 hour later they were done! I would definitely recommend Kings to anyone who needs this type of service.

Well organised. Done with care and rapidly…. Just two hours to clear a basement - with a small access - and a garage . Absolutely fantastic job done .
