I ordered 2 pieces, One full latex suit and one latex trouser. I placed my order in mid July 2025 and now is 27 Oct 2025. I still have no reply for my delivery or any update on the product. even thought according to their website it would take 8-12 weeks for production but I have been waiting for over 14 weeks!!

This order cost me $118.16 (Australian Dollars) this included delivery.

But, it was a total accident when I checked my order history, that the order placed on 6th June 2025…..NEVER ARRIVED.

Today, 7th August 2025, I made three (3) attempts to email the company via their websites email…..FAILED. I then send two (2) email from two (2) of my personal email addresses.

Who can you complain to in China? I’ll wait until the end of August 2025 and if there is no reply, I'll send copies of my order history and emails to the Chinese Consulate in Sydney, Australia.

In general it goes very well.
Their garnement is very correctly made and nice color and choice of designs.
You must be very specific when it comes to on mesure designs. Do not hesitate to contact them if you are not sure of a color size or style. They will gladly help.

es Über 15 Wochen dauert bis es maaal verschickt wird beim Kaufabschluss .
Dazu kommt ja noch die Lieferzeit .

Waiting over 5 month for delivery!
I don’t know how the designer and manufacturer can design and produce a suit that is so nonsense because it is not usable. When I tried to dress up through the head part (as it is made for…) the upper part of this suit fell in pieces!!
- the attached gloves are far too small for a 185cm adult male…!!
- the rubber/latex material is of bad quality
- after the suit was broken I could easily dismantle the glued parts. Bad quality!
Now I put the whole product in the garbage. What a pity!

I ordered a latex catsuit alongside a couple accessories back in April 2023, and it took over 4 months to arrive. When I got the package, there was already a defect on the pair of latex gloves. When I tried the catsuit on for the first time, the left leg burst, and it wasn't on the seam. I ordered and checked the sizing (which for me was consistent with the large size), and yet the suit blew out on the first try. Their customer service was also slow and unprofessional. I would recommend steering clear of this place. The prices may be compelling, but the quality is non-existent. There's also no refund policy or warranty, so that's £185 wasted.

Very poor service. Had placed a large order with them. Zip went on jeans so sent back. Then seam went on hood where it hadn't been stuck properly. Emailed to say was disappointed and probably wouldn't buy anymore from them. Not even an acknowledgement. Then on 3rd item, same problem.

They are cheap, but quality mixed and when an issue, don't seem to care.

You need to wait too long (I did wait 8 months) there was a mistake and I have. To pay for everything. So never trust this company. Only if you want to wait long and get the wrong product.

I understand not many people would want to write a review for a fetish shop, but these folks are good enough that I'd like to spread the word. Thus far I have purchased no less than three distinct suits from KinkProjects, and they are currently at work on a fourth. They do fine, high-quality work at affordable prices. The staff works with you for best fit and even help with original customer designs. PLEASE BE AWARE, creating unique, custom latex wear takes time. You will wait roughly six months for your order, but I assure you, the end result is SO worth it. Check them out, you'll be glad you did.
