Ordered 4 of the little dogs for gifts for young kids for Christmas! Twice ask to add things to my order and I refused! Looking at bill for my completed order they added one that I said no! It was $14.?? Called my bank who said would take care of it! Never again will I order from Kirobrands also will tell everyone I know about their Fraudulent doings!
Also reporting them to Federal Trade Commission!

I ordered this and it is not a plasma lighter it's butane . It looks like it but is not the lighter they are advertising. I wish they would send me the real deal. Im very disappointed.

Charged for package deal,24.95 that i clicked no on, charged for more than one phone charger, complete scam, YouTube should not let these scammed products on their sight

Saw the plasma lighter on YouTube swallowed the BS hook, line and sinker, so I scanned the QR code. When they sent the receipt I noticed that I also purchased a mystery box. I sent them my first email stating that I wanted a refund on the mystery box as I did not authorize it. I guess I was fortunate that they refunded that without any issues. Then I received the lighter. The only thing that was as advertised was how it looked. There is no usb port to charge it. Only port is for filling it up with butane. To get a refund I have to send it to China. That would cost three to four times the amount I paid for it.

The first time I tried to by the Blazara electric lighter it took me to a website that sold me a cheap version that looked like the Blazara but it was a butane version I didn't realize it till I reseve it in the mail and now they just wanted to give me a refund instead of sending me the original Blazara I will never order from Kiro company

I saw an ad on Facebook of a military grade lighter that doesn't use any gas or fluids. It is supposed to be a plasma military lighter made for military personnel in the field. After I ordered the lighter they charged me 2 extra charges that I dint agree to. 1 was for upgrade on no gas plasma lighter and 2nd was for a secret gift pack. One I received the package, there was no upgrade for no gas lighter. Also the lighter was completely false advertised because it takes butane fluid which is a gas, in order for it to we wwork. Untop of false advertisement, overcharging the secret gift is a cheap pice of plastic rfid/nfc card thats probly $2 cost. So needless to say i made a complaint for sending me something completely different then what was advertised and overcharging me for something I didnt order. Im still waiting on a response back. I would tell everyone who wants to try this company that buyer beware. You will get scammed. -10stars

I watched the video which claimed the air purifiers were invented by Dave, an hvac company employee in America and he started making them, He used NASA technology and builds them in America. The ad claimed if you want to return the items just request a refund and they will send you the refund and you keep the items for free. I ordered the special offer of $75 for the 3 pack and used PayPal. Then another page popped up with another offer…there was no way to decline nor to finish so I hit return to first page…just the original page. I was trapped and couldn’t get out so I just turned off the phone.
I called the Kirk phone number and the guy said order shipped. He said take a picture of items when they arrive and send to him then he will give instructions for return. I agreed to do that but forgot that video said they were free to keep when I requested return.
Then I checked my bank and Kirk had charged me for 4 different items…shipping, 2 X original 3-pack purifiers and some other item I still don’t know what it is, for a total of $275.
I am hot now. Started researching Kiro Brands and they need to be arrested along with Meta for allowing Kiro to advertise on YouTube. I know the Government just started investigation of Meta for making billions off of this type of business practices.
So, watch yourself and don’t open or respond to any advertisements on YouTube.

This is a SCAM company, all they sell is trash. Yeah NASA has a company in China make it air purifiers. From reading all these reviews they apparently sell everything currently being sold on youtube. They scamed me out of $104. Paypal is partialy to blame. I won't be buying anything online or using paypal anymore. Buying online has become like the old adage "as seen on TV" you know it's a piece of junk. You'd think the US consumer protection agency would do something, or are they a scam too?

Fraud, stay away. When you try to purchase one unit their website will not let you purchase one unit. It forces you to buy more.

Cheap quality and week later they are charging me again

I actually won't even give your company a quarter of a star! Gave it 1 just so it would allow me write this review! You are the biggest fraud and scammers ever! Cheap plastic pieces of shit that do not work as advertised or even at all! Better quality with glasses from the dollar store! It will cost me almost $100.00 U.S. dollars to return them now. I will be telling everyone I know to never even consider your company and I hope you go bankrupt!

I seen an advertisement on YouTube for an All electric lighters that were state of the arts, No gas!!! NO butane!!!No way should have known all BS on top of BS should have listened to my instincts but unfortunately I ordered three of them using pay-pal 🤬! Waited three weeks a when they got here they were NONE of what was advertised just another butane lighter !! Completely a fraud !!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!
An it gets worse then I try to get pay pal to do something , but then I do a search and from what I have found pay-pal has been siding with Kirobrands simply because they have a tracking number and it was delivered?? This is a fraud and is illegal!!! I don’t understand why after time a time again Pay-Pal or any card company would continue to allow these transactions to process!!!

Kiro is a fraud. The products they sell aren't what is advertised. And when you want to return the product, they require you to ship it to China—totally bogus business.

I wish you had a rating of zero stars, because that is what I would really rate this rip-off company. I tried to order 3 phone chargers. At the checkout, they asked 2x if I wanted to add other things for additional charges. I replied NO both times. They added $24.99 for one of those items anyway. I called PayPal immediately to report this fraud. Next I will report it to the Federal Trade Commission, etc. They should be shut down, and prohibited from selling anything in the USA or anywhere else!

Greetings to my fellow brothers and sisters, if you are here reading this, I'm 110% i know why, you were scam out of hard working funds for some cheap knock-off kirobrands yeah its in there name! I've made a purchase of the so called electric torch lighters that I seen on the commercial that was being advertised which is why I made the order like many of you guys but instead I was totally scammed out of my money not to mention i paid extra for an additional lighter plus a gift, which I didn't receive my extra paid for lighter and the gift that cost me 24.99 a card to block someone like KIROBRANDS from stealing money from my credit card, how funny is that! I am now going to start a class action law suit, I need all of your help to do so please, email me @ anthonyleomontezestategmailcom there ill share mire info...Let's put this scam of a business out of business once and for all...Federal Bureau of Investigation will be hearing from us too! Glasses were not what they said they would be ,could see up close but was blurry on reding 10 feet away .junk would like a refund.

If I could I would give them less than one star if I could. These are nothing more than reading glasses. When I contacted the company to try to return them for a refund they said basically I had to send them back to China, pay for the custom fee and then they would reimburse me. I have gone back and forth with the company for the past week since I received the glasses, and basically I can keep them and not get reimbursed or pay the outrageous fee to send them back to China plus the customs fee. When I mentioned that they were mailed to me from within the United States they've said that was just the shipping company they use. Basically tough luck. I have a pair of worthless glasses and encourage you do not buy them unless you need reading glasses. Then you may want to go to Walmart. I am so disappointed.

Their adjustable glasses are a complete waste of money. They are nothing more than reading glasses.

I would return them, but the cost of the return is more than the actual value of the glasses.

This is a scam. When I received my glasses they didn't work. When trying to get a refund, it has been issue after issue. Not only that my product was shipped from long Island ny and I live Albany ny and now they want me to ship it to China, which would a lot more money almost 80.00. Don't order anything from this sight its a total scam...
