Cheap plastic frames and lens , better quality at dollar store , when try to return they wanted it shipped back to China , when it was shipped to me from California

They over charged me . I ordered something $29.00 and they charged me $239.00 . They are thieves . And you cannot get back with them

The same thing happened with me I ordered 1 pair of self adjusting glasses @£19.99 and ended up with 6 pair and charged £137.00 I tried to cancel before shipping but was told once ordered they can't change as already being dispatched, when they came they were just reading glasses with no magic effect email after email and just getting the runaround I sent them back at a cost of £16 postage, tracked to China 2 weeks ago and still in customs the last I heard, but I have PayPal on my case and making progress, Don't BUY

The company is a scam! As soon as the glasses arrived I tried them on and discovered they were nothing as advertised. A cheap pair of low power reading glasses. I immediately contacted them asking for a refund with no reply after 3 attempts. I then contacted PayPal asking for help. They said I should return to a address in North Dakota with proof of delivery which I did the same day. I have followed up with PayPal every week for 6 weeks. They just said my case was settled in the sellers favor?/ I just called PayPal and talked to some guy in another country who told me he would open the case again. Hopefully I will get a credit. Be warned...do not buy anything unless it is from Amazon as you can get a speedy credit. I am so disappointed with PayPal as this seller still offers the PayPal option which puzzles me? PayPal should stop Kirobrands from using their service.

I purchased some glasses from Kirobrands and what I received were some cheap plastic glasses that were all marked as +3.
I contacted the company and they said that if I returned the glasses in the original packaging that they would refund me the costs.
I returned the glasses at a cost of £25 and have tracked the parcel, which has been received by the company.
I sent them an email reflecting the proof that they have received the glasses and they now want me to send them further customs tracking information, which they have received twice from me.
They are a scamming company and nobody should ever click on their false and misleading adverts as they will fraudulently steal from you.

SCAM
This company sells inferior products. Do not be fooled by their advertising, which is good enough to lure you into buying. It takes forever to be delivered, which is your first clue, the company is based in China, but that's not published anywhere. Had I known, I would not have purchased.
As for customer service, I don't have anything bad to say about them. The person I dealt with was professional and did refund my money, but only if the customer pays the return postage, and that's not cheap.

Denied pop up ads. Charged me hundreds of dollars over what I ordered! Tried to cancel order in 2 minutes of ordering they denied my request and happily stole my money!

No rating at all. Do not order glasses from this company. Wish I read reviews before ordering. For $39.99 you get dollar store glasses, and the magnification was No. 2. What they advertise is not what you get. Plus if not satisfied you have to send back to China which costs around $25.

Receive cheap set of magnify glasses that had boasted marvelous results ($39.99)I decided to return because product was substandard. I emailed Kirobrands with all info they said I would have to ship product back to China even though shipped out of Ohio. I would cost almost as much as the glasses to send back. They offered a 40% refund without returning the product. Which I accepted. The email stated refund would take 7 to 10 business days. That time frame came and went by. I sent another email asking where refund was they said they didn't know why it wasn't refunded yet they would follow up and again refund would take 7 to 10 business days that has also come and gone. I sent a third email and got a generic response "they would look into." Another 10 business days have since past and nothing. They are bad business. Don't ever order from Kirobrand no matter what.

I received in a small white plastic package 1 cheap pair of glasses ($39.99) in a cheap case ($14.99.) No paperwork of any kind was included! ($14.99 for warranty) It was ordered 7/21 and I did not receive until 8/2. ($9.95 Express Dely) It was advertised as a new product that even if you wore "progressives" they would adjust. I could not "see" with them, all out of focus. (No paper work as to what to expect) Total spent $85.52 I emailed that I wanted a RTS for full Credit. They emailed me to send to CHINA! Checked with UPS and was told the cheapest to send back to that address would be $178.71 They claimed they did not have a US Return Center. I got back to them and posted what I found when I googled a telephone # I found on my CC Bill (Wish I had seen it sooner!) My lost for my stupidity!

Company added $117 worth of extra charges I did not order. I cancelled the order in 7 minutes and they said it was too late. I filed a dispute with my cc company and hopefully they will resolve it. I also reported the site with Meta. Its a shame... i really know better. Don't ever order off facebook ads!!

Same problem as every other review as noted. Ordered 1 pair of self-adjusting wa charged for four and received the glasses today. They are just CHEAP ( less tha cheaper) readers that do not adjust… what a crock!! I see one of their addresses is in Los Angeles, zip code 90045, just down the street from where I went to college LMU). I look forward to visiting them in the next few weeks.

Placed a order for glasses and they hit my card for 300.00.. Called and told me it was to late to cancel. I had just placedthe order. This has been a nightmare..

added items never requested and company has not return any emails for a refund of products as yet, so far I am not a satisfied customer, I have been taken for a ride, as the saying goes.

This company claims these glasses are new technology..
They are actually a very poor quality of normal reading glasses (which you can't see thro at all) which you can buy from a £1 shop ...
Do not fall for their lies ...they are now not refusing to refund 50% which they promised ...

I ordered a pair of reading glasses that were supposed to be autofocus. I paid $39.99 for a product I would never spend more than $1.00 on. I contacted the company and they want me to return them to China! The glasses shipped from California. Total scam!

Ordered air purifiers from an online ad, not knowing they would be coming from Kirobrands. The ad appeared to be a US company. I ordered a ser of 3 and upon payment, I saw I was charged for 6,so I immediately contacted support at kirobrands to cancel the order, but was told it was too late, to wait until they arrived and request a refund to return the items. When they arrived I contacted support and they gave me a Chinese address and request to lie on the customs forms about the content and value. I was to pay for the shipping which would have been over $60. Working now with PayPal to get a full refund. I have no idea if these purifiers even work. This company is a scam.

Wish I had discovered these reviews before I fell for the scam!
I paid $22.30 to have international tracking so I could get my money back but PayPal could only get the $97 it cost me for these dodgey glasses! I am still trying to seek my money back.
I have now lodged a complaint with the accc govt body to investigate this business I would recommend others do the same. Maybe scamwatch too to raise awareness.
I fell for this scam on instagram - may need to raise awareness there too.
These type of businesses need to be shut down!!!
