I stepped in to your Kisna branch in Giridih district jharkhand to exchange my old jewelleries,staff of that branch told me that purity of gold can be checked in the purity checking maching ,after checking the purity of my one pair of earings and 5 nose pin of different carat (between 14 carat to 22 carat on purity machine) they said that I can get about Rs 17700 but after melting all my aforesaid ornaments they start saying that the gold is of 7 carat only and now they can't exchange my melted gold ornaments.All staff have misleaded me ,they haven't told me before melting that after melting the ornaments the value of these ornaments can be decreased drastically and they can deny taking my melted ornaments,they have melted my ornaments by giving false information and destroyed my ornaments by melting them and mentally harrassed me .Now ,I want my Rs 17700 against my melted ornaments.
