Do not bother-Rude, Disrespectful. No Help.
Do not bother. I tried to get customer help.I sent three videos upon request. The person kept telling me there was nothing in my videos. I watched all three I sent, and they show what the problem is. Clearly. Over 7 ads in a one-hour period, and at times it won't allow me to pause or play the drama; instead, when I try, it opens up three new windows of spam. I sent two videos showing ads and one showing the pop-up windows. The customer service person told me, 'You think the developer cares about your issue? You are wasting my time with your nothing videos. I told him he was rude and called him what he was, and he said they don't tolerate mean people, goodbye forever, and blocked me before I could tell him he was rude to me and refused to help me. So I guess not only do they not help, they can be rude to people who support them, but they can't take it when they get a taste of their own medicine.
