Heard nothing and since have ignored messages with no reply at all.
Exceptionally helpful and friendly when you meet them,but after you have handed over the money,they miss days when meant to turn up and leave you in a mess.

we bought Neff built in ovens from them in 2023 and at the time they gave excellent service from sales to delivery, I had to contact them today as one of the ovens needed repair and I had misplaced my receipts and proof of warranty, I phoned them and Andy arranged replacement invoices within half an hour of my call!
Saving me a repair charge and delivering excellent customer service once again!

From start to finish, the service from Kitchen Craft Design was absolutely brilliant.
I found them online as an official reseller for the Siemens Studioline range, and they offered a fantastic multi-buy price on the oven and hob I wanted. The entire process was seamless, and the communication from Tia and Robyn was excellent. They were incredibly patient with me while I double-checked my measurements, particularly for the oven, and they never made me feel rushed.
I was able to pay a deposit while the items were ordered, and they kept me well-informed every step of the way.
When it came to the installation, the service was seamless. The fitters from Linacre Electrical collected the oven and hob from Kitchen Craft Design and brought them directly to my home. This was a huge relief and a great part of the overall service.
I'm so pleased with my new oven and hob and the reassuring service I received. I could have bought these items from another online retailer, but they seemed a little too pushy, and I didn't feel as confident in them as I did with Kitchen Craft Design. I'm glad I chose them and would highly recommend their service. I will be posting a separate review for Linacre Electrical, as their service was also excellent.

Went to KK in Chesterfield in April to start the process of a new kitchen as we wanted a more personal service than we felt we would get from a national company. Designer came out on 27/5 and it took over 10 weeks to get the design. Advised on 12/6 it was being done on her return from holiday and we would get it the next day. Two weeks later advised us she needed to recheck some measurements. Several broken promises and poor communication. After chasing twice promised it by 1/8. E mail received 1/8 saying would now be 3/8. Phone call 3/8 to say would now be 5/8. Finally received 6/8 and errors on it from our original discussions. Have no confidence that KK would either deliver what we wanted on time or accurately so we are now having to start from scratch looking for another company having wasted 10 weeks. Very disappointed. Poor service, poor communication and poor accuracy.

Jess, the Worksop manager & kitchen designer, came out to measure & draw up a new design based on my personal requests. After a few tweaks for colour & finishes I had the perfect plan.
It was delivered on time and fitted by Ash & Rob (Worksop’s Ant & Dec) two outstanding fitters. I was kept up to date with progress every step of the way. You have only got to look at the pictures to see the excellent job they did and the outstanding quality & finish of the kitchen overall.

I had a fantastic experience with Kitchen Craft Design. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about kitchen design. The showroom itself is beautifully laid out, showcasing a wide range of styles—from sleek modern kitchens to classic, timeless designs. It was incredibly helpful to see real-life displays and get a feel for materials, finishes, and layout possibilities.
The design consultation was a standout. Steve took the time to understand my needs, lifestyle, and budget, and came up with a plan that was both functional and stylish. He provided thoughtful suggestions I hadn’t considered, and the 3D renderings really helped me visualise the final result.
The entire process—from design to delivery—was smooth and well-coordinated. Communication was prompt, and any questions I had were addressed quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the final outcome.
Highly recommend for anyone planning a kitchen - however big or small. This team knows their stuff and makes the experience enjoyable from start to finish.
Please think long and hard before trusting this company with your hard earned money.
We paid close to £30k for our kitchen, and all was good throughout the design process. However, on the 1st day of the installation, it became apparent that huge mistakes had been made. We understand mistakes happen, and remained patient throughout. It took a further 5 months for our kitchen to be fitted, and it's still not right. The management team are incompetent and full of excuses. Supposed management constantly makes promises they’re unable to keep, and there doesn't seem to be any process or accountability in place anywhere within the company, with Kitchen Craft seemingly keen to place all blame on an inaccurate survey - a survey completed by a KC employee at an additional cost of £130 to us - the surveyor had since left the company, so was an easy target In guess. We were encouraged to change the design of the kitchen at this point, with little information as to why KC suggested this.
Only after we pushed for more information did the error come to light, and this wasn't the only time we felt like they were trying to brush issues under the carpet, and look at the most cost effective way for KC to complete the kitchen installation - trying to fob us off with cheaper products than we requested, and trying to use off cuts from the left over plinth as a replacement for the correct pelmet, and also trying to use worktop off cuts as shelves! The fitter, instructed by KC, even advised them that was a bad idea. When we questioned the designer from KC, about why the under shelf/cabinet lights were totally different to what was agreed and shown on the illustration, her response was that the illustration was for illustrative purposes only and didn't need to show an accurate reflection of the actual items we would receive. Really?! We ended up having to purchase the correct lights ourselves, at a cost of over £250 to prevent the fitting from being delayed even further. This was refunded by KC, but only after we pushed, and we had to wait 4 months from when it was promised to actually receiving the refund.
Over the coming months, more and more issues came to light, most of which could and should have been pointed out at design stage. One such issue was we were sold a NEFF oven/microwave combi, which was in a wall to ceiling set up. Only after NEFF had been out to look at another issue with the downdraft hob, did it come to light that the warranty on the combi would be invalid due to the fact that there's no vent in the plinth to aid cooling/ventilation. Predictably, the same supposed management and KC argued this was incorrect, even though I had it in writing from NEFF that the combi warranty would not be valid due to the way it had been fit. Something this basic, yet critical should've been brought up as part of the design.
This is far from all the problems we encountered, with an argumentative and blasé attitude from all management throughout the process. Nobody wanted to take ownership or accountability and they clearly do not know how to deal with a situation like this. Buying a new kitchen should be an exciting experience, ours was disastrous so I would strongly recommend anyone looking at buying a new kitchen to consider other companies.
Having purchased our kitchen we were looking for Neff appliances and a Quooker tap. I provided specifications and requirements using Neff’s and Quooker’s website to hone down our choices. I tried the usual suspects and was underwhelmed by their responses. So carried on searching further and came across Kitchen Craft Design. A Neff 5 star Master Partner and Quooker stockist. Following our initial contact, we refined our requirements with Robyn. Robyn’s engagement and enthusiasm was exemplary and following further discussions with her we decided to upgrade all the Neff appliances to the Flex Design for a couple of reasons - they came with a 5 year warranty and the possibility of colour contrasting with our kitchen was worth the additional small amount (over what an additional warranty would have cost). The customer service, follow up and delivery were excellent - Robyn and the Kitchen Craft Design Team - did exactly what they said they would and delivered all the appliances themselves on the agreed date. All the appliances - oven, microwave, warming drawer and Quooker tap look awesome and complete the kitchen. A fantastic experience from Robyn and the Kitchen Craft Design Team - thank you.
I found Kitchen Craft Design on line when I was looking for slightly damaged integrated appliances for my new kitchen (where the damage wouldn't show once installed, but the warranty was unaffected). Tia helped me to source a Neff oven and Microwave and a Bosch fridge at very competitive prices and even held onto the appliances for 3 months whilst I waited for my kitchen to be finished (by others)

We shopped around various kitchen showrooms before finding Kitchencraft in Chesterfield, so we had some idea of the quality we wanted. By far Kitchencraft stood out above the rest on quality, price, and customer service. Sophie has been outstanding in her knowledge and ability to help remotely, before, during, and after delivery and installation. Our black hacker kitchen is stunning and we have had so many compliments. We cannot recommend this company highly enough, the best quality at affordable prices and old fashioned customer service from staff who care. Should we need a kitchen in the future it would be our first port of call.
