Kitchen Door Outlet Avis

The process of ordering online was straightforward to understand and use.

With many options to choose from, we decided on KDO because of their excellent customer service. Prompt, clear and efficient company, I cannot recommend KDO highly enough. The doors, drawers and plinths arrived earlier than forecast and were made beautifully. The kitchen looks like new!

The kitchen doors are fantastic really good quality and lovely finish.

I had very efficient service and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Customer service is excellent, no problem too small. The expertise that went into crafting my bespoke kitchen doors was outstanding. The quality of the doors were amazing and accurately made to my precise measurements.

If your looking to rejuvenate your dated kitchen i cannot recommend Kitchen Doors Outlet enough.

Delivery was on time, they do need 3 to 4 weeks turn around so don't expect instant delivery plan ahead.

A professional company with professional staff. Highly recommended and competitive.

Ordered 5 doors of various sizes, slab gloss white finish. Arrived well packed and are a direct fit to the existing hinges. Need to drill pilot holes for the screw but that's not a problem. Overall very pleased with the doors.

Very helpful team from start to finish, answers the phone straight away ,easy talk to,
Doors fit perfectly, fantastic quality product any questions I had answered professionally.
Would definitely recommend this company for a quality service .

I received my kitchen door order late, and the delivery cost was very high. When I contacted customer service about the delay, they were not particularly helpful.

The door itself also arrived without the necessary holes for the fittings/handles, meaning I now have to pay someone else to complete the work, which has added unexpected costs to the project.

Overall, I am disappointed with both the service and the additional expense caused by the product not being supplied ready for installation.

Very helpful, great delivery, all well packaged, great to deal with

A very good experience from first seeking advice on what I needed from Jess to the items ordered being delivered sooner than expected.

Jess was very patient and helpful, advising on my requirements, how to measure up (esp hinge holes) etc

Products ( cabinet front plus 3 drawer fronts) were extremely well packaged and exactly as expected. Once installed they looked even better than I could have hoped for.

Excellent service rell good quality doors.

Had doors delivered feom KDO multiple times. They are good quality, easy to order, and a reasonable price.

We have bought replacement kitchen doors and accessaries in the bella range matt mussel colour and everything we have purchased has been of high standard , any problems we had were soon sorted out by girls in the office . We had made to measure doors for our fridge freezer ,which unfortunatly broke down and they held that part of the order till we found a new one and adjusted the sizes to suit for us nothing was to much trouble would definetly recommend this company . Thanks guys love our new kitchen.

Great website with lots of choice.

my doors are great, they are a good match & close to my original kitchen doors & they blend in very well. delivery text was sent at 9-50AM got the mesage at 6-15PM doors were already fitted with just the handles to put on, thank you very much, a very good job alround. thanks again withk kind regards roger waistell.

The doors arrived within the time frame and look good...we still have to install them. Disappointed that communication about a delivery date & time is missing. It would be useful to have an email to say that the order has completed manufacture and that it will be dispatched on ??? We only found out that our order was being delivered at 10am on the day of delivery...no good if we had gone to work and no one to accept order. So better communication about delivery would be an improvement.
