Our Vendor needed to secure another property in order to accept the offer and this required careful navigation and patience which both Kitty and her client kindly offered. We secured the property at what was likely below market value, and saved at LEAST the cost of Kitty's extremely reasonable fees let alone the time it takes to project manage the process. I hope that we have the chance to hire Kitty again when we are looking for our next home.
