They are dishonest. The weight of the product is not shown in their advertising, they take too long to send the order, they expect you to notice that they have signed you up for auto delivery and it's there for your responsibility to untick the box, they say they can't cancel an order then say that they can when you prove that it hasn't been dispatched, they offer a partial refund that never comes, they send the product again even though you have unticked Auto delivery, they don't list their ABN number, you can't track down who owns them or where their based and it doesn't matter how many emails you write they just send you the standard garbage response. Don't waste your money with these creeps.

SCAM - run as fast as you can - send you a fake tracking number that doesn’t mean a thing in the USPS system and then you get a notification after 3 weeks that your order was “delivered” only to find out that USPS has seized your package for lack of postage. So called “Anna” the representative then says she’s looking into it, but you know darn well they will just claim it shows on their fake end that it arrived. Unscrupulous!!

I lost my cat suddenly (was hit by a car). I got notification my next order was ready, I cancelled but product was still delivered and I was charged. They say I didn’t cancel in time and don’t take returns. What an appalling company. They have now offered 10% refund….. Do not trust this company to give a damn about your pet or you - it’s just about the money

I ordered the first week of February and still have not recieved my Taurine for my sick cat. I have told them repeatedly that I am moving out of state. Anna from KittySupps apologized for the delay and wrote that she would send a replacement if the order did not arrive. Now, she is writing that there is nothing they can do. There are many complaints about this company being a scam, some cats have died and the product comes from China. I wish that I had read more of their complaints. I do not trust them. They keep trying to get me to order more products offering discounts-- without having ever received the first 4 products I ordered. Buyer Beware. I want a refund.

I’m really happy with Kittysupps taurine.. My cats absolutely love it so so so much so grateful thank you. I’ve noticed a huge difference in their coat and they are way more active. Can’t wait for my next month to arrive. Looks like i’ll be getting a free Lysine supplement next shipment which is super exciting

I love the products so much, its been so much help for my cats and I'll definately be ordering more once I run out!
