The service isn't the same
Have been using Kiya for 4 years now and I'm not feeling confident that I will continue.
They took two over 2 weeks to respond to my question about a product that was out of stock, then to be told it was discontinued with no reason.
They hadn't updated my request for change of address and they have continued to send to my previous one.

kiya products are potent
kiya products are concentrated and potent, shipping has been fast with no problems so far, the lip balm is very effective if you want to try it, the black soap is good and doesnt sting the eye, the body wash is very moisturising

Good customer service
I had issues with my orders in the beginning they got lost so there was a long delay , however Kay personally ensured I was sent out a replacement and was very helpful. I love the original whip, leaves my skin very moisturised. The African black soap is good although it kind of scratched me but that was because I used it directly on my skin instead of lathering it up first!

I liked the shower gel but, really enjoyed the body butter and oil. The strawberry skin exfoliant is way too oily. However, I was happy to try it out.

I recommend the vanilla whip
Beautiful vanilla scent whipped shea butter. The best I’ve tried on the market. Very happy with it and I’ll be back to repurchase. The fragrance isn’t over powering and the consistency is very moisturising.
Have knocked off one star due to long delivery time and no tracking information (I waited 12 days to receive the product from date of ordering to arrival). Also there’s no expiration date on my tub, and when I emailed to ask when they advise to use the product by, I didn’t receive a response.
Still a positive experience overall as the product was worth the wait.
