Mixed feelings

Update: I am very happy to say that I did finally receive the backpack ordered from KK bags.I had to contact the customer support email (only type of contact I could find for KK bags) and ask why I had not been given any shipping confirmation for 7 days, or no courtesy email saying we will ship your bag soon, nothing from them. So I became worried I had been scammed. KK bags did not like that I left a poor review here and has asked me to remove it. So I am instead updating the review and adding 1 star. So it was not a scam but they also did not take my order very seriously until I made a poor review. The bag we bought and received is super cute and it looked like the picture. It’s a shame I had to buy a 2nd backpack for my daughter to start the school year, since this was the bag she really wanted. But I did get it. I suggest if you order from KKbags that you do it with plenty of time because it could take a while for them to ship out.

I am hoping that soon I can really leave a great review for this company. But right now I have this sinking feeling that I am being scammed. I placed an order on August 3rd for a super cute backpack. It is August 10th an I still have not seen any shipping information. In 7 days I have not seen or heard anything from this company. I have sent 3 emails and have not heard anything back yet. I am hoping that I was not scammed.
So I heard back from Kkbags and they are saying they are shipping the backpack I ordered. If that happens I will let you know. So far it’s just an email.
Received another email claiming they sent the package and supposedly a tracking number. It’s all very weird and definitely coming from china. We already ordered and received another backpack from somewhere else. If I receive the KKBag I will let everyone know.

cute backpack for my daughter…

Ordered a cute backpack for my daughter starting 7th grade. Bag is nice and big, Well made, and A lot of storage. It will be the only bag like it at her school. Big enough for all her books plus more.

My girls love their bags

My girls love their bags! They are a nice material and there are so many pockets for storage. I did not get an email, to be able to track my order right away, but as soon as I sent an email to inquire, I got an immediate response. The bags were delivered within the time that was stated!

Good Customer Service & Resolving Issues

After about a week of wear, the strap on the backpack broke. I contacted KK bags and the backpack was replaced at no additional cost to me, we only had to wait for it to be made since it was out of stock. My son is please with the his new backpack. KKbags resolved the issue and kept in contact through the entire process until the replacement backpack was delivered.

First off it took me a month and a half…

First off it took me a month and a half to receive the 3 bags I orders. Then the lunch and pencil bags that where supposed to come with them in the order. When customer service reached out to me. They told me that they would send me the bags after telling me that there was nothing that they could do about it. It's been 6 weeks that they told me they were going to send them out and I still haven't received them. If I could give them a zero star rating I would. I have never written a review anywhere for anybody so that can explain how upset I am with this company.

You will regret buying a bag from kk…

You will regret buying a bag from kk bags... slow processing, and when I tried to cancel my order with PayPal I got a tracking number instead. They don't give refunds, and you won't get the bag in a timely manner

Terrible company

Terrible company. I needed a backpack for my girls I knew it was coming from China and I did express shipping ($25) hoping it would get here in time. It never did and the tracking info they gave me kept saying there was no info. They offered me a refund of $6 then upped it to a whopping $10 when my order was $95!!! I then reported it to PayPal to get my money back and sent it as "did not receive my order" KKbags sent tracking number to PayPal and wouldn't you know it was delivered a week after I reported it to PayPal so PayPal denied my refund request
Stating that seller provided tracking info. I sent all the emails showing proof where i asked that my order be cancelled and i wanted a refund. I think it was a total of 14 emails. By this time I no longer needed the bags it was already 2 weeks past the time that I needed them!!!

Slow processing and poor quality…

Slow processing and poor quality product. Item was first "omitted" per a customer service response to my inquiry 10 days after the order. A shipping label was finally created and a tracking number provided 17 days after the order following an additional inquiry however the item was not delivered to the carrier for 5 days. We had to submit a complaint to Paypal before any action was taken. When the items finally arrived, one was used for less than 2 days before it tore in multiple locations.

If I could give a ton of zero stars I would!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I was literally told "since our factory is in China I suggest you give it away to a friend or relatives as a gift" when I asked for a refund!! I spent $12 in shipping and the book bag was $32.99 almost $45 on a cheap bookThe bookbag big enough for a 2 year old! I was suppose to get a middle schooler book bag. Took almost 20 days to finally receive it and customer service was HORRIBLE!! I CANNOT AFFORD TO JUST GIVE AWAY $45 BOOK BAG THAT IS TERRIBLE! I HAVE TO BUY MY DAUGHTER ANOTHER BOOKBAG FROM A REAL COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU HERE!!! SCAM! SCAM!! BEEN DEALING WITH A MONTH AND NEVER GOING TO GET MY MONEY BACK OR ANYTHING!!.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEADACHE!!!

This is another chinesse rip off, i ordered my daughters bag 14 days ago paying 40+ shipping 12$ and its still not even in my state, my little girl js going on her 2nd week monday without no book bag!!! Dont buy here unless your shopping for next years bags, if your lucky your kid might not graduate before getting it,.... ill be leaving another review if i receive it and how the process goes on returning it, purchased a bag from an actual company in america that didnt fool me into thinking they were and werent by placing old faithful on there home page, ordered yssterday and its on its last transit to my home, she should have it for tuesday, 2 buisness days it took and 3.95shipping.. overseas trades has to stop. But greedy big companys want to take more making stuff cheaply and folks like myself pay for it... its not right!!!! Done

I ordered a bag from them……… worst decision ever. I put the CORRECT shipping address. Unfortunately there was an issue at the post office and my order was returned to sender. KK sent me an email on August 8th telling to contact USPS about an issue with my order. When I called they informed me that the package was sent back on August 6th. That’s fine! Mistakes happen but KK response was they can ship me out another bag for an additional $15. They basically tried to say it’s my fault because there wasn’t an apartment number on the shipping label. Which is true because it was being delivered to a HOUSE. They said that they couldn’t refund me because the package was being shipped back overseas and it would be destroyed so they’ll be out of a product. Well news flash now your customer is out of $60. I would never try to tarnish a business. The best advice I can give…… if you typically don’t have issues with your deliveries you can order from them but if any issue arises just know you’ll be out of money with nothing to show for it.

I would give zero stars if I could!

I ordered a backpack for my granddaughter. When it finally arrived it had a tear on the top. I contacted the company and sent pictures. They told me it would cost more to return it than it was worth and they would send me eight dollars. Over 45$ down the drain. I should have just burnt it. I am beyond angry. Don't order from this company!

Horrendous company based in China to…

Horrendous company based in China to deal with when it comes to costumer service . Please be very carful when buying stuff from them !!!!!
I recently bought large backpack for my daughter, when arrived it was the wrong color and wrong size. When I called their costumer service , they told me that I have to send back the item and pay myself for return and it would cost me more then the bag itself. Or they can refund me for the wrong item they sent me 3 dollars 😮 this is the help I have got for their mistake NOT MINE . Terrible company be very careful .

Best backpack I've ever bought !!

Bought the black and pink backpack for my 11 yr old to start 6th grade with. It's a perfect bag for a preteen. It's still feminine yet grown up a little and not so little girly with unicorns and rainbows. She has been using it since August and it still looks brand new and in perfect condition while her younger sister is already on her 3rd backpack because the straps keep unraveling and ripping. It's definitely quality and worth every penny! We will be buying from them again for next year ... FOR BOTH GIRLS!!
