Possible scam so they wont refund your money
I agree with a previous review on Order not found. I get the same response when trying to go in and get a return label they keep promising its there for me to get. Sophia Williams says to doublecheck my order number and email address , that perhaps i have wrong info. I even forwarded the email i received from them informing me my order is on its way. Sophia says that's not enough. What more do they want? its going on 3 weeks with the same delays to confirm my email address and order#.

Took more than a month to received sweaters I ordered. I ordered small size and it’s like extra large on me. Tried to make contact to get a free return shipping labels as they promised. For two weeks on email with this Sophia Williams, finally figure out it’s an AI generated responder. Do not purchase anything from this company! A scam!

Is Klara Venn Legitimate?
I ordered from Klara Venn on April 14 2026. I was sent a confirmation email with a order number and a tracking number. When I went to the website and tried to track my order I got "order not found" trying both numbers. I wrote to their email address and got no reply to date. The phone number provided on the site did not work. I feel like I am being ripped off as I am unsure if this company is even legitimate. Still wondering if I will ever receive the order.

Company Appears To Be Another Scam
Placed an order for blouses on April 10, 2026. Checked on order April 24, 2026. The order hasn't left the China warehouse. The phone number on the website doesn't work. "Customer Service" via email talks out of both sides of their mouth and says the order is in route, I just can't see it on my end. Then says the order is still in the warehouse. They keep going round and round and won't cancel the order and issue a refund. The order goes through Shopify. I have filed a dispute with my bank on this order.
