Lovely jumpers with colour matching scarf I'm looking to to wearing them

When I couldn't get my size in store, the lady suggested I order online. I did so, parcel arrived yesterday as advised, it fits perfectly and I love my new top

I ordered online and was pleased with the prompt delivery of my item. However when I returned it to the store for a refund although the customer service was good the method for refunding through PayPal is nothing short of ridiculous. The assistant in store explained to me that because it was purchased through PayPal she had to ring head office to get the refund authorised. When she phoned head office she was told that the person who could deal with that was not at her desk but that an email would be sent to her!!!!!! If she was not at her desk how would she pick up the email???? The customer advisor in the store told the person on the phone that I was in a hurry and needed the refund authorised quickly but unfortunately there didn't seem to be any way to manage this as there was only one person in the building that could do the refund and she was at her desk. 15 minutes later that one member of staff returned to her desk and the refund was authorised. Apparently she was on her tea break and while I appreciate that everyone is entitled to a tea break surely someone else should be available during that time to authorise refunds through PayPal. This level of customer service is very poor and in my opinion unacceptable.
I feel I need to say that this has no reflection on the staff in the store. They were very apologetic and were quite annoyed with the system too.

Great variety of beautiful clothing , fast del if used online , easy returns , I buy in shop and Online as it is very handy as can try on at home when delivered . Clothes are very stylish and quality and prices are very good .Great sales genuine reductions . Something to suit all shapes and sizes , Definitely glad I signed up to Klass .
