I took 2 tops back to exchange for a larger size, bit disappointed with one of them, went for a larger size and when I tried it on, I would say the sizing was completely wrong, more like a small than a large, so now I have to go and return that one as well.

Staff are so friendly and helpful.
I go to the garden centre weekly and always browse Klass and sometimes buy. I find the staff so friendly and they don’t jump on you the minute you start to look around as some places do. They step back but make sure they be are visible in case you need help. They will always offer help when you ask for it. A credit to Klass.

I found Klass during a visit to Highfield Garden Centre. I usually find it difficult to find clothing I like but I was spoilt for choice and made a purchase there.
The staff were very helpful when I enquired about another item which they didn't have in my size at the time. I quickly found what I wanted on the website and ordered it on a Friday afternoon. The item arrived by Royal Mail on Monday morning.
Very impressed with the friendliness of the staff at Highfield Garden Centre and the speed of delivery of my online order.

Had a lovely time browsing the Klass shop in Highfields Garden world and the two ladies serving were very attentive, and when discovering there was a cardigan not on sale in the shop only on display in a poster they went out of their way to me to look for it for me online, which we did and l ordered it there and then and with great delight received it the next day at home. Promise not kept
i have bought a number of lovely clothes from them & was issued with their card and registered as instructed in order to receive a discount when i had earned enough of their points . However although i have earned getting on for 700 points by now there has NOT been any discount sent & no courtesy of any reply to the several letters i have e-mailed regarding this matter. This has been on-going during 2022 - 2023 both from their local outlet & om line.
