First time experience
Bought some outfits from The Ridings, Wakefield store where the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I then decided to look on Klass website where I bought 2 lovely dresses. Unfortunately one wasn't right for me and I had to send it back - this was so easy to do and a very efficient service.
