Dina was great and explained everything and allowed me to make an informed decision. Someone who can guide you through all stages was an excellent touch. Wow! What can I say! I wish I’d been using Kris years ago. He managed our mortgage from start to finish and even supported us when we were given a 2 week turn around for completion. He was happy to talk to us at a time that suited us (late in the evening) and was replying to our messages at all hours. Kris searched the market for us where we had some quite specific requirements. Kris was the first person to send a New Home card also, a lovely touch. A personalised approach where you know you’ve been given the best possible advice. We’ll be using him again when we review our fixed rate. Kris even offers a Blue Light incentive via cash back. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Kris has been outstanding. Got a handke on my needs & wishes and ran through a number of options then talked with me about which one was best. Also got me a good deal! The bank issued incorrect documentation, but Kris spotted their mistake before me, and spoke with them to get them to correct it. And he ensured their offer was at the original rate (rates had since risen). He's kept me informed each step of the way as to progress.
